    I don't think that's possible. ;-)

Seriously, I don't wear sunglasses and my watch probably isn't worth more than $60 (run-of-the-mill Citizen), but I don't consider $200 for a portable gaming system expensive.

It's all about priorities. I already have a GB SP, but if the DS has good enough games, I'll buy it. Same goes for the PSP. Higher price tag only means I'll be more careful with it. I can afford it. I'll just have to give up something else: dining out for little a while, for example.

Using the same method, I'd probably be able to afford an IPOD. But I don't consider it worth the sacrifice. As I said, priorities.

In the previous two games you could stand still, do a 360 turn and pedestrians / cars who were visible a moment ago have been replaced with other pedestrians / cars. Such behaviour might be unavoidable in the PS2 version, but it's seriously annoying in the PC version.

Odd, I don't remember this behaviour on the Xbox version. In fact, I remember pressing the "look back" button (right thumbstick) and seeing what I expected to see behind me. I might have to check, tho, my memory has been known to fail before.

People voting several time in the same recint, while the judges look the other way. People suddenly grabbing the urns and bolting in districts where the opposing party or parties have a marked majority. Papers that would dissapear in transit for days only to reappear with changed results...
