Your just angry because you know its true you fucking asshat. Riddle me this shit for brains; how long has Apple been using the PPC chip? Definitely BEFORE the PS2 came out. The XBox360 uses the PPC chipset, it is only modified to a specific hardware specification (not unlike the Mac). The Cell architecture is completely different from the PPC architecture. Catch a clue, and don't talk shit about stuff you have NO UNDERSTANDING ABOUT!

What planet do you live on? The PPC chip was in full scale production long before IBM Toshiba and Sony started the Cell development process. The Xbox 360 has three OPTIMIZED PPC chips. Optimizing an architecture to a specific set of specifications is easy compared to developing an entirely new architecture. Also, the costs Sony has incurred while in the process of developing the new architecture will be seen in the differing initial price points (PS3 $465USD vs XBox360 $299-325USD as stated in the gaming media by each companies representatives). In essence, your post is FUD

No you are wrong! There is a property setting with every asp:Element called "AutoPostBack" by default it is set to false. If YOU set it to true then it will do exactly what YOU tell it to do!

I absolutely agree. Large web applications are not always about connecting to a DB and spitting out/adding/appending data. They provide access to infrastructural services through abstraction for future business needs. Case in point, directory services. Both PHP and ASP can "do the job" but, why wouldn't you want to use the clean API's of J2EE and the .NET Framework instead of kludging together some barely functional solution?

Mr. Katz, Your story sounds to me as if you had just watched a heart-warming holiday film and decided to right this fascade about the little geek that got his Christmas wish ( if he celebrated Christmas ). His country has been in utter turmoil in for the better part of 20 years. between civil war, the US and Russia invading and reducing most of the country to rubble. A zealotous government. Do you really think we are dumb enough to believe that this country still has the infrastructure and resources to: A) provide unlimited phone/DSL/cable/satellite ISP services to the masses ( most people I know outside of the US and Canada pay by the minute for dial-up service) B) physical infrastructure in the form of servers, cable/phone/fiber to allow public use outside of relief and military operations. C) these people could actually pay for these services after housing clothing and feeding their families. ( last time I checked I couldn't barter goats for bandwidth) D) You can't watch movies on a commodore (640k hard disk?) or even cache a image heavy pron site E) Just STFU and save your stories for your kids Katz
