Not entirely true. If you don't mind having a giant red flagged waved when it comes time to audit people you don't need to provide a SSN.

Not having read or ever heard of this term before my take on the word is that because people have so much memory and streamed apps can have such huge buffers and are so popular you constantly have a few people pegging their network connection to initially fill their buffer even though they don't have to, needlessly congesting the network and possibly impairing those who need low latency interactive connections.

    But that's just a guess.

I'm not saying I agree that she should win, but I have yet to see a comment in here that actually addresses the suit. It's being claimed that this woman has at least some degree of a mental condition. Seeing her undies on the web made her believe she was constantly being watched by someone. The duress that this caused is what she is suing over. At least make some arguments that actually pertain to the case.

While you may have a valid argument the simple fact is that a Federal judge doesn't agree. You give a nice rant but gloss over quite a few specific details that pertain to the case, specifically to the constitutions's Commerce Clause. Last I knew having children is not commerce (at least legally :)) so your argument about child tax credits doesn't really fit. Nice try though. Additionally you seem to be the emotional one as at no point did I say which side I support. Personally I could care less about this. I have insurance and believe the more people covered the better. I actually believe in the long run this could be a good thing as failure now will hopefully open up the only logical path which is universal health care of some form.
