This. Where I come from, what people call "the left" in the United States would be considered center-right, at the very least. The liberals there are our right-wing conservatives here trying to privatize everything, austerity measures incessantly diminishing our social services, health care and education, zero environmental vision. That's left-wing in America. The right-wing takes the same starting position and launches forward at lightspeed. It's a fascinating yet profoundly depressing shit show.
Regardless of how much it's the most basic neccessity of a nation to make sure its politicians know the people are paying attention, I'm not sure a Drew Curtis reference is a convincing argument.
This is exactly why the notion of foldable screens is both unpracticable and a gimmick. For the few use cases where a "foldable" (more like curved, really) screen would work, say a phone-sized screen on your arm showing relevant data for whatever work you're doing, there's really no more use for this concept than a "smart watch". I'd say the novelty factor will wear off in the first generation of these displays, but that might be too hopeful on my part.
I'm still using Winamp 2.95 for music, and there's nothing that needs to be updated about it. It plays music, has a playlist, volume control. There's also a "browser" which thankfully can be turned off. I suspect this new version will have even more amazing shiny new features that need to be turned off, so basically, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Since you're asking this question on Slashdot, I'm gonna assume you're trolling. Most people here probably deal with a hell of a lot more RAM than this at their workplace. Hell, I "only" do video editing and I would jump on 128gb if I could afford it right now.
Freedom... you must be American to associate freedom with a video game streaming website, completely overlooking how your country keeps your people everything but "free".

Hate to break it to you, but your senses and your friends lie to you a lot more than the media.
Actually, looking on the main repository at Class Central, there's something for everyone. This is just a recent sample.
Might want to go over the full list again, I remember seeing at least French.
Guess you missed the "coerced" part.
Show us on the doll where you like to force it.
It was that or 0, it's up now.
No one wants it... but you can bet there's a lot of people trying to make sure they'll make the most money out of it.
What dimwit voted this AC down?

No. What's your other stupid idea?
Ask Trump himself.
Prepared how? You say it like it's gonna change anything.
Exactly. Strong enough to replace street lights, but wildlife won't be affected?!

What am I missing here that's new? Hyper-threading... 18 cores/36 threads... what are they releasing that's they don't already have on the market?
Don't you dare read the summary or anything!
That's nice. Can you also make one with zero cameras, please?
How about not getting a goddamn Apple watch to start with?
Just put a damn 360 camera at the end of a pole on the tail of the plane, let us look around where we're at, in real-time, up 30,000 feet.

And nothing of value was lost.
Aren't you a bit too young to be using a computer?
