Look at the pictures from the reddit thread, buddy shipped a package wrapped in brown paper. http://i.imgur.com/kLxZo0Z.jpg It was probably sheared off in a sorting machine, and nobody has yet to give a shit about some label-less package sitting around.
She (Nahid) wanted to change the property use from a guest house to a bail hostel, the neighbors (Woolleys) opposed it, so the city agreed not to change property usage. It seems the cameras were a fuck you to the Woolleys.
Two of the audio boxes were situated immediately below the Woolleysâ(TM) front bedroom âwindows and they feared conversations inside their home were also being recorded.
Sheriff Ross said Nahid Akramâ(TM)s husband Sohail, who was manager of the Murrayfield Park Guest House, taunted the Woolleys about his ability to listen to them by âoeputting his hand to his ear to mime listening to their conversationâ,
The bridge has a lowered crash beam that protects it from harm, so the railway company doesn't want to spend the money; something tells me the city also doesn't want to. Since the city added an LED sign with an automatic red light wait it has cut down on the entertaining videos.
In Toronto and Calgary, and I imagine other cities in Canada; you can legally do that work on your own house. You can't do it as a contractor on a house you don't live in. I worked for a guy that renovated his own house (stripped it down to the walls, left just enough to keep it as a reno instead of a new house) in the evenings and weekends. Other than needing a structural engineer for blueprints, he did it all himself.
Of course if he'd just screen grab whatever shows up on his computer then I assume that would be fine, after all he wouldn't be the one accessing facebook.

That bill seems to just apply to criminal use of stolen identities, but you're welcome to quote the relevant parts http://www.parl.gc.ca/HousePub...
It's the Calgary Sun, as someone who has read both that and the Toronto Sun. I'd imagine anyone who uses more then one password is a security expert in their eyes.
However, he reveals that "since March of 1997" he doesn't really believe in anything. This could possibly refer to the March 26, 1997 incident in San Diego, California, where 39 Heaven's Gate cultists committed mass suicide at their compound. It is a plausible explanation, since one of them was the brother of Nichelle Nichols (a Star Trek actress), so the event got a big resonance in nerd circles (and Randall often refers to Star Trek in xkcd). However, given Black Hat's strange behavior, it could be anything, even Bill Clinton banning federal funding for human cloning research.
Tried these out before?

Pretty sure you meant 890 voices, it is Twitter after all.
I just mix some vinegar in near the end to loosen it up.

Last time I tried it out; it wasn't a script, it was a full blown program with a GUI and everything (first run took ages to create the HOSTS file).
TFA mentions the biggest investor was his rich Father, but I'm sure he's learned his lesson for next time.
I'm pretty sure CPY only does cracks. I own both those games, so I couldn't say for sure though.
The torrent comments on TPB seem to suggest cracked.
Both of those games are cracked

AMD does verification as well.

Right after you cast your vote, (along with your personal UUID) you get a list of UUIDs for each candidate?

I haven't bothered to deal with Windows 10 yet, but can't you just disable the windows update service
till you need it?
I don't remember the last time I was in a McD's, but I would in a heartbeat if they brought back those mini-pizza's.
