From the demo on their website, that this doesn't look like it would be easy to use at all. It looks more like a gameboy than a pda. Looks like you have to drag your thumbs on the screen to choose menu's and options. I know I won't be buying one...
Will apple use this to make crazy iPod's... humm or maybe Gateway should cause they have the whole cow thing going on anyways. 1 terabit of data per square inch could translate into several mp3 files...
I havent had any problems lately, but years ago, my copy of Corel Draw got scratched, wasnt a big scratch, but was enough that the program wouldn't install. I emailed the company about it, and tried to contact them by phone, but no luck.
Also, I know of several people that have had problems where their children have done damage to cd's. They have since started backing up their software and music, and put the originals away in a safe place.
What about backing-up your own games. As long as games are recorded on cd's or dvd's, they will be very easy to be damaged. Shouldn't people have the right to back-up the software they buy?
LAST YEAR(2nd year University) we learend to code in assembly using a Motorola 6800 board--no lie! We had to pay $150 for the damn book that looked photocopied.../bitter
"Hot cakes cooked in bear grease or pork lard were popular from earliest times in American. First made of cornmeal, the griddle cakes or pancakes were of course best when served piping hot and were often sold at church benefits, fairs, and other functions. So popular were they that by the beginning of the 19th century 'to sell like hot cakes' was a familiar expression for anything that sold very quickly effortlessly, and in quantity." From "Encyclopedia of Word and Phrase Origins" by Robert Hendrickson (Facts on File, New York, 1997)
