Why we need to have backups for our communications, cables, data if a space mission don't have?
I can't see my boss telling me that Huygens don't have backup. Why we can't have to? What is so critical? A space mission or my mp3s on the server?
Here in Mozilla there's a little diference on the "ay" of "paypal". It's so hard to a user see on the browser windows that I'm scared of IE not exploitable this time, maybe it's the time of IE developers celebrate one victory.

Coming from various distributions that use dependencies on their packages (RedHat, Debian, Conectiva) I got some problems trying to customize some software. And with Slackware my life is getting more easy now, God save Patrick and maintain Slackwares "Free Dependencies".
Sun dominate the Enterprise users and Microsoft dominate the low-end users with their software, one is trying to acquire knowledge from another.
Very simple, even a penguin can see this.
It's a good idea to have a group that handles security bugs into linux kernel, now we need only that the people that claims herself as "serious" only report the bugs to the kernel-security@*. "Imagine all the people living bug free kernel:)"
The govern of Brazil is giving us a Computer that is called "PC Conectado" (Connected PC) for the poor population.
The name of project is called Digital Inclusion
And if ipod is integrated with a camera? Imagine where you can leave the device and records all that things you always wan't to known.
But this is a feature that is soo far away to be realized.

As a consultant I known a thousand of companies that use free software to do its job but don't contribute to the software maker (that is the guy that develop software based on GPL).
I thought that there's must exist a campaign on this larger companies to donate $$ to the software developers.
