Linux Mint has all the good plug ins and none of the weird stuff thats been happening ubuntu while
still being compatible with ubuntu. The window buttons are still on the right, the start button is
    still on the bottom.

Linux Mint will still use GNOME for the forseeable future.

Im surprised the defense hasnt considered a "substantial non-infringing uses" defense. For instance playing backup disks and homebrew. The well known issue of scratched disks, and the desire for interoperability with non-microsoft approved software. This is separate from "fair use" in that the illegality of the mod chip itself is challenged.

One of the key parts of diplomacy requires diplomats to be able to give uncensored advice to political leaders that may offend the public or other leaders.
In the long run this may reduce the quality of advice our leaders get which could have tragic consequences. Its the reason why executive
priveledge exists. The most honest president the US has ever had, Grover Cleveland, fought tooth and nail for leaders being able to receive honest
    and confidential advice.

A leak is only good think if it serves a legitimate public interest, not merely curiousity. If your intention is merely to cause
embarassment for embarassments sake then youre not a whistleblower.

I switched from Windows to Linux not because Windows is terrible, but because Linux has reached the point where it has become
"good enough". I can play WOW on it and install my operating system the way I want it. It has reached the point where I can
find the hardware I need to run on it out of the box without having to install drivers from a CD. Everything on my compaq
laptop works with Linux Mint Debian installation. Ive reached the point where if a piece of hardware isnt 100% linux out of the box
compatible I just wont buy it. Yes some of the lesser name vendors, such as TP-Link, do pay attention and get
    customer loyalty because of it.

Do we need 100% marketshare, no. I think 10% marketshare would be the point where I can go into best buy and the salesman can say
"Yep this printer works with linux" because there would be a "Linux certified"

    Is that clear enough???

Ratified Treaties are superior to any state laws. The only exception to a treaty being imposed on states would be something that would invoke a 10th amendment issue which is provided for in the supremacy clause anyway.
