For the most part who cares? So somone piggybacks on you.. Is that really such a big deal?
Either you are at home and are sharing some internet with a neighbor by accdient, or you are a company that has everything else locked down enough it doesn't matter anyway.
if you have to be *really* secure you dont use wireless in the first place.
Right, and with good reason. If you want to keep control of your network, you cant have people running around doing things on their own, no matter how innocent the request may be.
Why should Microsoft fear something like parallels when you are running THEIR software via it. In fact its increasing Microsoft's market share in the process.
They don't sell hardware, so anything that incerases the number of users is a good thing for them.
Right, and as soon as its a truely criminal issue, they have the resources of the government behind them. The entire concept of IP will be turned on its head.

My ass. Leave my files alone. Get your DRM out of my PC.
It has anything to do with hardware that the vendor wants, since you agreed to the terms when you bought it.
Instead of complaining that its not fair and stupid, just stop buying their products. If enough people do that, they will get the hint.
I dont care what it was for, but when you become 'famous' you get this sort of garbage. It just comes with the territory.
