Make everyone carry a fedreal government provided 'funds card' that only works in government controlled ( and monitored, and taxed ) readers. Oh, and tie them to an individual person so you cant 'share' your funds.
The only problem with that is in todays litgeous world it IS quite possible for them to do this, and i wouldnt be suprised if it isnt on the agenda in some form.

That is the one product that microsoft 'got it right' with. Thou i dont agree with the new pricing structure of 05, when they hit the 2000 version it was actually a good product.

Including anyone who houses it ( like sourceforge ) or just distributes ( countless number of mirrors ), and perhaps even end users.
