    But it is illegal to distribute copyrighted/trademarked designs without permission. I would be willing to bet that most any product today of any value is protected by BOTH avenues.

    In reality we don't. That is part of the problem. And we are no worse/better than anyone else. We just got caught with our hand in the jar, that everyone else is pulling cookies out of too.

    As stated and proven out by real research, he was a business man, and an ass. ( but that often goes together ). I did say he had value since he corralled talent and funded research, just not as some 'great inventor'.

    I bet i have read more about Tesla alone than everything you have read in your entire life ( not all have even been published btw ). How many of his patents have you reproduced in your garage? Have you been on the ground in Croatia to trace his roots? I doubt it.

    When you have entities taking advantage of what you invented, and you have no choice but to involve the courts to force them to do the right thing.

    Was NOT a great inventor. He was a businessman that took credit for his employees work. He also worked them like dogs, and lied to them. He may have been needed at the time to coordinate/etc, but that doesn't mean he should get credit for what he couldn't do.

    Just read some of Tesla's notes about what happened, the guy was a total 'bag.

    If you want to read on it, yes it makes a lot of difference. Not talking theory here as I do have both sizes, and its a world of difference in usability.

    If you just want to play angry birds or something, then no, it don't matter much.

    That is not a phablet. Nice try tho. Even 5" really isn't. and you need to get past 5.5

    With a sub-5" phone, they are just playing catch-up with the rest of the world. ( other than Apple..)

    3D printers will come down in price. Cheap CNC has pretty much stabilized.

    3D printers takes zero skill. CNC takes some.

    While not quite there yet for the home printer, commodity 3D materials will improve. Also have you never heard of plastic lowers before? Several companies sell them, so the concept of plastic does not make them unsafe by default. ( try telling Gaston Glock that plastic is unsafe, i'm sure he would disagree.. )
