    i think its just a challenge with a fairly simple set of rules that allows autonomous robots to play against each other in teams. compotition encourages, evoloution, and only the fittest robotts will come back to play next year, compotiion is what got us where we are no, i'm not saying its a nice place, but it beats the hell out of a cave.

    if it becomes a legal requirement for sysadmins to log certain traffic then it sounds like this is a better soloution than somthing written by the goverment. Still i live in the uk so it effects me slightly less.

    yeah, they have a system called Tracker (originall or what) in the uk sounds very similair, you pay about £500 for the box, then £50 or somthing a year.
    Plus clifford alarms make a blackjax system that imobolises the car if it gets hi jacked, you just let the car get nicked then press a button and when the crooks next stop at traffic lights it kills the engine sets of the alarm, hazards, smoke machine (prob locks the doors if you want a pissed of car thief locked in your car) and allegedly nothing short of major surgery will get it started again.

    so if your school has x number NT licesnes and over the time they own the machines three get blown up, one has coffe spilt on it, and one has all the components nikced from it, its still illegal to reinstall a copy of NT back on a donated box.
    What about if you completely upgrade a machine from one spec to another but keep the OEM licence that came with it, what does that mean?
    confused and worried... mind you having worked as part time tech support in education, they dont care if they have licences.

    The esisting passports would have to be thrown out and re registered, i allready have three passports and i dont think any of them have the correct counttry of origin, street address or anything else on them, this could cause as much hassle for microsft as anything else, if they fuck this up, they will be in *really* deep shit.
