In other words, Snowden is a witness to a crime, and he opted to share the evidence of that crime to the world than to keep it a secret.

If I were to use an analogy - Snowden witnessed and took video of a robbery carried out by a group of cops, and instead of turning the video evidence to the police (whom Snowden already know are baddies), he released that video online, and it went viral.

Now the police are accusing Snowden guilty of releasing that "supposedly secret" video, but conveniently forgot to mention that very crime whereby a group of cops carried that robbery.

That is why, before Snowden plead guilty of releasing that "secret video" (which imho Snowden is NOT guilty of anything, but that's beside the point), the cops have to answer for that robbery in the first place.

I do not deny that the game is rigged.

But I am stressing this one point - that rigged system is opened to ALL who play that game.

The blacks are not only one who play it. Others have participated in that game as well.

The one thing that differentiated the blacks from all others who had (past participle) played that game is that the others decided to leave, while the blacks are afraid of leaving.

    Why ?

    Actually it's very simple.

For others, leaving that game loses them nothing.

The welfare checks were provided to the blacks as well as the Vietnamese. The Social Security system covered the blacks as well as the poor whites, the native americans, the vietnamese, the newly arrived refugees such as those from afghanistan and somalia, but ... and this is a big factor here ... the blacks will lose big if they leave that game.

    How ?

Well ... that "NAACP" thing survived solely on the "black people are oppressed" tenet, and if the blacks (and I do not mean all the black people, what I mean is, a large enough portion of black people) decide to move up that ladder, that same old song that NAACP has played for the past 60 years will gone flat.

I do have friends, black friends, who have decided to leave that game. They are as capable as anybody else. There is no genetic defectiveness in the black that prevented them from leaving the game.

The one thing that hold them in is the BLACK LEADERS, leaders like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, will not let the blacks leave the welfare black hole or they will lose all credibility.

It is them, the black leaders, who are keeping the blacks from improving themselves.

In other words, 1% of the black people are suppressing the other 99% of the black people because the 1% needs "NUMBER" to boost their "credibility".
