I've come to know and love Barterbee.com. It's a trading site where once you sign up, ($5 a month) you get 5 points. You trade a games for X amount of points and you can buy games for X amount of points. I've been able to come across some good finds, especially people looking to just unload all there old NES games. They give you mailers and if only costs the postage to send out the games.
You are correct,sir. You need to have Comcast Cable to get Comcast SportsNet, which broadcasts most of the Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers games. They don't provide this channel any other outlet, be it another cable provider or satellite tv. If you don't get Comcast, no sports for you. I've heard it is similar in Baltimore/Washington area.
Different how? Different as in MGS2, where you play Snake the first half of the game only to play some sissy girly man in the second half of the game. Have the game start out great only to have the story take some convoluted plot nightmare? That's what I'm looking for! Don't get me wrong, MGS2 was fantastic but the fact that you don't get to play the main character for most of the game was a disaapointment. I really hope this game is great.
Metal of honor Frontline and I believe Underground had a soundtrack released for the game. These were orchestral soundtracks (very much like movie scores).

That's ridiculous. Underground creditability because you can put Linux on it? Gimme a break. Games sell consoles. Games. Not Linux, not a hard drive, not hacking ability, not one graphics chip versus another, nothing but games. People buy PS2 because there are a ton of games for the system. You could find pretty much any game you want in any genre for the PS2. People buy Gamecube's because they want to play Nintendo's quality games. Everybody loves Mario, Zelda, Metriod, and those games are usually of excellent quality. Hack ability and Linux do NOT sell Xboxes. Again the few exclusive games sell Xboxes and it seeming like not that many of them.

Those numbers are skewed a little. There were two games advertised to death, mainly because their movie was coming out the same time. You could not go anywhere without seeing "Enter the Matrix" or "Tomb Raider" ads. I would wager a bet these two games had a lot to do with the inflated numbers.

I agree with the other poster, you were going very well until you put you're 'I'm a better driver that you' attitude. Skilled driver with manual brakes better that ABS? What is a skilled driver and how many of them are out there? Maybe F1 drivers, professionals who drive for a living. But for average joe shmoe, ABS is good. You can pump you the brakes to the threshold of a skid and get full braking power, but you can't do it 15 times a second no matter how hard you try. ABS can. ABS is good for the common person regardless of driving experience and ability as long as they know how to use it. I bet you don't like power brakes and steering because there interfere with your 'driving skill' as well.
First of all, all the pics that are posted are of Replays, not actual gameplay. This really annoys me because I would like to see what the game looks like when I'm playing, not replaying my run. The game looks outstanding anyway, there is no need to show actual footage of someone playing. Second again the replay mode is shoved don't our throats. Replays are automatic, no way to turn them off, You have to hit start and say exit, "are you sure you wish to exit?" yes. I don't care about replays, I want to play the game. Give me the option to view them so I can see what happened, but don't force them on me. I doubt this will cahnge because it has been like this in the first 3 GTs.
Fairly easy to read and they all connect with each other. Secret agents, double crosses, politcal storylines. Good story and fast paced. The books in order are Term Limits; Transfer of Power; The Third Option; Separation of Power. There is actually a 5th book that just came out.
I don't get it either, brother. Anime looks all the same, with the same tired character and the same awful, half assed animation. Show a still character jump throught the air with a lot of different colors in the background to appear moving. Show the look of shock on the other character face as the moving character comes at him. Same almost mature theme. Whether its a robot, generic male/female, animal, they're all the same.

Why is this ALWAYS brought up? 1 (or 2 or 3) mature themed games do not make up for the majority of kid-aimed games. Not that there is something wrong with the majority of Nintendo's offerings being aimed at kids, but one game does not change who the system is aimed at.

Yeah, that was put out in August of last year and I still see buses with ads on them for the game.
