The average user doesn't know what Ogg Vorbis is, Ogg Vorbis files are not natively supported by their default media player. They might also have a portable device, such as an iPod, which doesn't support Ogg Vorbis.
Until M$ release Windows Media Player with Ogg Vorbis support, and Apple release iTunes with Ogg Vorbis support, it won't even begin to be ready for the average user.
Once the initial WOW factor is taken into consideration, I think that for most users, these FUS features will be like a bag of tungsten tipped screws, that is... never gonna use them, never gonna use them.
I think part of the problem comes from the fact that artists are on different labels in different countries. With the potential for different labels in different parts of Europe, it may result in a UK iTMS, a French iTMS, etc.
I bought one about two-three weeks ago, it arrived with a huge problem with the screen, where the LCD would 'corrupt' as if it were touching the back of the case.
They're collecting it on Monday and I should have a new one next week. They ship from Egypt apparently.

There's also a flaw in MechAssault, which is published by... Microsoft... so it's not just 007.
Given that PDF is the standard in printing, and Mac OS X has PDF at the very core of it, why the desire to wean users off Macs?
Also, remember that *Apple* is the company, Mac is the product. Mac don't make Apple's and Apple Mac don't make them either! ;)
