In the middle of trillion dollar debt you want to flood the hospitals with "free" health care? Dont get me wrong it sounds nice but under my current plan I pay practically nothing through my company and am covered very well minus a few things.(things i CHOSE not to pay extra for).

For now Foreign has better fuel efficiency but the chevy volt they just debuted runs without gas all together. You plug it into the wall which costs pennies to charge. It only last 40mi before the gas turns on but 90% of people dont commute that far. Me i go about 8 mi to work. that means I'll never need gas except for trips to L.A. I take once every couple months
With solar getting cheaper and more efficient this might just be the best thing for Americans since our population isn't as condensed as alot of foreign cities. so many have their own homes and can put solar panels on the roof in 5 years which would be more than enough to power charging a car and home.
It runs at the same power too i think it does 0-60 in 9 seconds and can do well over 100mpg on electric or gas power its the same. when the gas turns on you'll notice no change except the sound of the engine turning. The batteries last the life of the car and take 4-8 hours to charge.
Why the Volt isn't getting more publicity i'm not sure. This would land a serious blow to dependence on foreign oil. Also back in october? I heard at&t's ceo said they will be offering tethering soon for the iphone has anyone else heard of this or have any updates? I might just do that!

Want MP3 by default, they dont want closed drivers by default. You know why? they want to distribute a free OS and promote free software. Unless these technology's have gpl source code fedora doesn't care much. Just lump it into RPM fusion and be done with it. Its a perfect solution to me. Did you know on windows you used to have to go download winzip! say it isn't so! yes and winamp! It was terrible in the dark ages of the internet when people had to view websites and install applications. People can surely install an RPM fusion rpm to get 10,000 (#?) applications in one place. Trust me they're smart enough.
Why such a big deal over getting programs after installation? Isn't it worth it to ensure GPL software gets written instead of relying on closed stuff? If you're so OCD and NEED these applications by default you can just put the rpm URL in the server list during install and get your fix.

It was terrible in the dark ages of the internet when people had to view websites and install applications. People can surely install an RPM fusion rpm to get 10,000 (#?) applications in one place. Trust me they're smart enough.
Why such a big deal over getting programs after installation? Isn't it worth it to ensure GPL software gets written instead of relying on closed stuff? If you're so OCD and NEED these applications by default you can just put the rpm URL in the server list during install and get your fix.
