I noticed that the laws state that the judges and court rooms may use software, the the laws do not regulate how the software is used. For example, one software package made by California Family Law Report is suppose take the parents income and expensense and calculate child support amounts.
That software, DissoMaster, does not show its work on how it calculated the child support based on whatever given input. Currently, there is no way to appeal those calculation because that process is "closed." The input on the software is not verified. Anybody can enter any kind of input and have the software spit out some amount for which the court then deteremines as the amount to pay.

We can tell that such closed source software can be easily abused. The software didn't take in account many factors. It needs to be greatly improved. Not only does the input need to be verified, but the work needs to be shown so that parents can rebut the calculations for any factors that did not into the equation.
We need to put the democracy back into the software the court uses by open source regulations and exclude privatization of such code. Any software code used in the court room needs to be as public as every other written law.
I think right now at this time and this place the greatest threat to American liberty comes from al-Qaida and their sympathizers rather than from the men and women of law enforcement and national security who seek to defend America and her people against that threat.

The cost to leap onto development of the applications for the Prescott and newer platform is less expensive with the pentium 4 motherboard compatibility.
With a socket 775, we could expect the pipeline to have a greater bandwidth in parallelism than what the current socket 478 can acheive. That would potentially increase the number of logical processors for hyperthreaded technology. The SSE3 instructions "monitor" and "mwait" hint that greater number of logical processors are possible.
I agreee about the mail client. SMTP has yet to be fully taken advantage with its design. SMTP has only been used to pass around mail that is usually read by the users without header verification. Unix has features usually installed to filter mail, but with a little setup. Most spam can be filtered by the data in the mail headers, yet most mail clients do not verify the headers.
I wrote a utility to verify headers and it caught anywhere from 70% to 100% of the spam. The other 30% of spam had legit mail headers; hence, they are easily trackable to the real sender. I already have new projects to setup alternate mail transfer channels. That is set to be done after I redesign some other internals in my project. I look forward to see concepts of newer mail clients, so I can make appropriate enhancements.

We could lobby the New York State to implement Internet repeaters that are strictly based on longitude and latitude. Most repeaters need some sort of Internet Protocol address as assignable by the I.A.N.A. organization. The longitude and latitude designation would deploy an independant solution. Any New Yorker could localize there connection without signage to commerical Internet Service Provider if logitude and latitude were is use as the address that wiresless devices use within its headers. Consider the amount of junk mail the is sent in the U.S. postal inbox everyday. For the last two to three weeks, the amount of junk mail filled my recycle bin.
I looked through all the ads and only found one page that I thought was of interest. The one to two percent is the traditional percentage of return on any marketing.
I rather see the junk mail inside my electronic mail address than in my U.S. postal mail. To much natural resources are being used to send junk mail in the U.S. postal inbox.

Good education institutions let the students know if they fit into a role of Software Engineer or Computer Scientist. Those proofs need maintenance.

As my goal is for the mastery degree, I downgraded my English class, that I received a grade of 'B', so I could go back and retake the class later and get my 'A'.

News stories are still in use as a communication device to report crime activity. Since the year 1964, we also have cellular telephones, support groups, and the Internet in extensive use today. Citizens use the 9-1-1 service more; however, that service, known to produce ill reports, dispatched escalated events for exaggerated situations. Newer devices store greater amounts of information, but a greater storage requires greater amounts of validation. Many individuals still do not call the Police for help because the Police information could be invalid and would lead to the harassment or the false arrest of an individual. Communities have setup alternatives to report crime. Those communities that want to prevent crime either do not want the Police involved or do want local community Police. For those reasons, we could presume that the individuals questioned by the Police in the news story did not want to talk to the Police about the fatality; as if, that was the only means for the individuals to communicate crime activity in their area at that time of night. We found that news stories either helped the communication or hindered the situation. For each advance in communication, we have less fear of being a victim from unjust consequences of a crime; because, we have changed from reliance on crime activity reported in news stories to other alternative devices to communicate extensively.
But, many others hypertext protocol implementators missed a big feature to add. The right step is to put all hypertext activity received into, at least, one account seperate from the user account. That account, the remote-site account, is denied access to read and write privledges to the hard drive; and, the user account still has the convience to access the hard drive. The remote-site account has the feature of a virtual sandbox on the local computer. The process of user account uses interprocess communication to the process of the remote-site account for interaction. That type of setup seperates the need for the process of the user account, that may have more access rights, to compute remote requests that need access supervision. That kind of setup is easy to implement on the systems like UNIX; yet, Microsoft Windows has not had an easy way to dynamically allocate seperate process accounts.
In otherwords, it is not the fault of the webdesigners that want more features. It is not the fault of the systems implementators that have added dynamic access to multiple process accounts. It is a features that is not fully implemented. Either, they, whom say "avoid", can avoid computer systems until the systems implementators and software designers finally get dynamic multiple process accounts to work; or, they can ask for priority of that feature implementation.
That is, an increased centralization based on the already centralized money, like the Federal Note. However, the metallic coin is much less centralized; and, it could be considered decentralized. Perhaps, the mode of money effects the direction of growth of the Internet.
