    Good lord, I'd say anything over 10 users is a problem with Jet, from my experience anyways.

    Jet is fine for what it is, but like any other tool it has a proper purpose and should not be mis-used.

    I don't know the specifics of the Diebold stuff, it would seem to me though if you had one Jet DB on each machine along with a proper upload tool it should work just fine.... at the same time if I was building a voting machine process from scratch I wouldn't think of using it.

    is the ABSOLUTE CRAP that is either norton/symantec or mcaffee.

    I'm old enough to remember when both softwares were fantastic, it sucks to see what they have become. They cause more problems than they fix, bloated crapware. And don't even think about trying to un-install them, your better off reformatting and reloading.

    Yes, this technology will far and away make crime a risky business. Whether your name is Mohammed or Jerry Maguire, this should be able to separate out the real criminals without any collateral damage. Hopefully though this stays in the hands of a few good men who make all the right moves - ones who aren't swayed by the color of money - or else our society could collapse into a war of the worlds.

    think of entanglement like this... you have 2 pieces of paper, one black, one white. You put them each into separate envelopes, then randomly send one of them to australia. At some later point you both open your envelopes. You know what you sent out based on what is in your envelope. Spooky action at a distance but still does not allow for information to be passed faster than light speed.

    in the game of 'Real Life' the corpses only stay around for a limited time, just as in the article discussed. It can take a while, depending on the climate, and on other player characters, but corpses are generally removed one way or another.
