    Well then apple should be do what is right and not use his code.
    They can't say no and still use the code that would look bad in the eyes of the user.

    I understand the leagal part of it all but this is something that needs to be worked out before this turns bad.

    In our day and age we will sue before getting into anything.

    Problem solving
    When our parents were in school they would use thier fist.
    When our generation was in school we would use a gun.
    Now with this wil future generation take legal action?

    Well video games for both ingame content and game cinematics
    the movie industry
    tv spots and commericals
    previsualization of every thing from cars to pants and everything else
    the web can use what is done on "high end stuff"
    All the current generation console use this was well
    even down to some fields of science are doing simulations with maya
    so this a very big market, you just need to see how to apply it.

    Well If this site had real people on it they would have seen that it was out if they used mozilla but they just don't care to have the very best.

    My power supply just died in the middle of a game of UT strikeforce. Man this sucks it seem the fan for the power supply died before I got home and had built up so much heat it killed itself.

    I hate how computer are built I guess I will have to redesign them myself. : )

    I was never a big fan of B5 so I could care less that this new show is by the same guy.

    So what do we have in the new show to sell it.
    Well we have the creator of B5
    We have Luke Parry
    Post-apocalyptic.
    Basicaly nothing

    So what makes me this mad, that a show can be put on the air just becasue it has a name attached to it. Now I know this happena alot but come on the only reason any one will watch is the because of the name attached to it.

    I still have to watch more then one episode of enterprise because I feel the same way about that as I do about this.

    Any time I state how bad B5 was I always here how it was pushing the edge with CG ships and what not. Well B5 Blow goats went it came to space ships.I have seen better stuff done in poser or bryce.

    I have used a system with rdram and it was nice , I didn't have to pay for it, but then again it was a HP dual P3 system.

    IMHO I think they should have used rd only in highend server and workstations market not in the consumer level ,that is like putting scsi 320 on my moms machine.

    Just plain stupid.

    You are right, if we sue the people sueing over sueing and wasting the courts time then we might make some headway, or something.

    I am looking for a good way to share resource among amny diffrent people in the museum. They want a centeral server for it but I said we might be able to get something along the line of P2P to work. So these programs are not just for trading programs and mp3 but can be used by large companies that have lots of info that only a few need access to. Mmmmmmm... P2P == Pay TO P

    If for some reason this does go through , What will happen when people keep using the old systems? If it is never thrown out then it has yet to meet the terms of the bill so then I shoul dbe taxed if I don't intend to throw it away. Also you could take the old machine to a Goodwill. Here in Pittsburgh we have a computer goodwill , they are a little over priced but it isn't in a landfill some where in China. From the report "The other bill, authored by Democratic Sen. Gloria Romero, aims to set up a program to recover, reuse and recycle what it defines as hazardous electronic scrap. Under this proposal, starting Jan. 1, 2004, manufacturers would be required to label a wide range of electronic devices as hazardous and set up a system for taking back obsolete devices, or pay a fee to the state." Well I am not sure about this but I just as soon have a computer recycling center and not get money then have to pay to get rid of my equipment.

    Recently switch to a pay site . So what is the diffrence between the pay site and the free site?

    When I heard they will go to a subscription based page I was sadden to hear this but once it went into effect it had little impact for me. The normal news section and reviews is still free , you just don't have access to some of the other tech info they might have. I have thought about get a subscritpion to some pages but I have no need for it yet.
