  1. 4th amendment? on Federal Judge Approves Warrantless, Covert Video Surveillance · · Score: 1

Do you own the photons that come from space and bounce off you before entering a public area? Not saying I agree with this decision, but I dont see it as a 4th amendment issue anymore then someone on the street overhearing what you are doing inside your house.

I think Romney would appoint a a heavily conservative supreme court justice who would over turn row v wade. I think Obama wont massively increase military spending like Romney says he will do. I think that Obama wont fight to repeal "Obamacare" killing my friend. I also dont think Obama will cut taxes in the same manor or extent that Romney will. There are major differences between the two candidates that will effect things far past their terms in office. Regardless of which you vote for, do so for a valid reason or stay home.

First step would be to stop making only Windows phones. The Windows phone platform is too strict to allow creativity in design. Frankly, one Windows phone is much like any other regardless of manufacturer. So there is nothing to distinguish a Nokia from any other brand. No brand distinction, no brand recognition, no Nokia.

No you should not own a loaded AK-47 if you live in an apartment building in a city. Yes the idiot in question should have the right to post such a movie, but he really shouldn't exercise that right. Not because of the response, which is unjustifiable, but because its a moronic thing to do that serves no purpose other then to annoy people. Like holding up "god hates fags" signs at soldiers funerals.
