    Ok. Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences. I'm getting tired of people using them interchangeably.

    Freedom of speech means you cannot be arrested for saying something publicly. It does not mean you are entitled to a soap box or any kind of platform. It also does not protect you from getting fired. Saying whatever you want has repercussions. Especially when you are giving the impression that the government you work for is interfering with the judicial process.

    Releasing a phone in 2017 that has a poor camera and reception issues is unacceptable.

    If you don't do your homework on what people want and don't do proper field research on the item's performance, this is what happens.

  10. Awards are nice, but is broadcast TV still making money? If so, then is it increasing or decreasing? That's all that really matters.

    Michael Bay hasn't won Best Director, but his movies make gobs of money . The MCU doesn't win any awards, but it also made more money than most small countries.

    This is where the free market comes into effect. If people want to spend $1000 on a phone, it will succeed. Based on previous discussions every year on "Why would you spend so much on a phone" there are ample people out there that will pay that price for a phone.

    This isn't health care. Apple doesn't make chemo drugs for kids. They make an optional commodity and can charge whatever they want for it. The decision is entirely in the consumers' hands.
