It's not for the government to decide who can be friends with whom. I think it's good for children to have other adults they can trust, besides their parents. What if you get sexually abused at home (which does happen a lot)? Then an adult friend is a best thing you can have.

Since I Upgraded my 64 bit Linux Mint to 9 (Isadora), it seems that, for the first time, Flash is working fine. No more "buttons don't work" or occasional freezes. It's just as horrible CPU hog on videos as before, but works (I have enough CPU power if I close all other CPU hogs). Just checked, Flash is 64-bit version 10.0.45.2-mint1.
Google wins. They have convinced us that they "don't do evil", so we keep using their products and services and feel good about it. And they get positive publicity. Google was not the #1 search engine in china anyway.
Chinese people can still use google.com. Maybe.

To fix it, they add a little extra piece to the pedal. Sound like a duct-tape solution, but if it works, then okay.
Did Toyota lie to us, and actually added a patch to the software instead?

They earned those patents. Did IBM deserve all of the patents it got? Getting patents seems to be good business, and also IBM wants to patent everything it can patent. And you know you can patent lots of stuff.
I'm not against IBM or any other corporation out there (ecxept M$ maybe:), I am grateful to IBM for all the development it did. Surely they earned a lot of those patents, but not all of them.

I don't know about America, but here in Europe (in laws that have implied EUCD in laws of the country) it is copying from an illegal source that is illegal. Also you have to know or have strong reason to suspect that the source is not legal to break any law.
If the source is legal, your download is legal.
