I don't keep medical bills or documents, because I trust my doctors to keep an accurate medical record. And even if they fail to do so, I don't see a strong reason to care about that.
I agree with much of what you say except this. I'm a cancer survivor and the value of keeping my blood work and other records is immense. The issue is you will see other Doctors over the years and they won't have your records. With information sharing rules getting records from one doctor to another is difficult and time consuming. Most Doctors are shocked and pleased when I walk in with a short stack of records they can glance over immediately, forming an accurate baseline of my past bloodwork, medication, and medical history.
The BMI can also be argued. It's full of crap. I had a BMI of 25.5, I also had a (barely) visible sixpack. This was from mostly cardio exercise 3-4 times a week.... not some sort of outlier olympic athlete.
If a single false positive is that easy to gain, I'd suggest using it as a metric across the entire population is flawed at best.
If I find unauthorized charges on my credit card... as I have doing something as simple as visiting a local bar... I simply call and have them reversed.
This is if they don't contact me for odd charges to begin with.
I wonder what sort of technological wonders the companies involved could come up with if they took all the money they're giving to lawyers and spent it on R&D instead?"
And I wonder what sort of technological wonders the companies involved couldn't come up with if they took all the money they've spent on R&D and used it to simply duplicate the work of others instead.
If we're going to "be honest here", it should be pointed out that what finally motivated the right people to irrevocably break open the PS3 was Sony removing the OtherOS feature.
Is this another of the "my girlfriend made me hit her" arguments?
Right. I'm 20, and I couldn't care less about being involved in my family. Why should I be obligated to care about an arbitrary group of people who I didn't choose to be my family. I'll do what I want to do, not what my grandpa thinks I should do.
Being pleasant to the people who dedicated a good portion of their adult lives shoveling food in one end of your alimentary canal and removing feces from the other while keeping you safe and healthy in general is called being grateful. You don't have to like them. You don't have to do what they think you should do. Caring about them simply means being polite and remotely interested.
Now, if they didn't do that or only did it part way then you owe them less. But someone gave a huge portion of themselves to give you life, and others will be more inclined to like and respect you if you show you are capable of the same.
In short, being polite isn't an obligation. Neither is being likable.
Some people see "racism" everywhere. They see race first in just about everything. They are the real racists, but try telling them that, and they'll deny it profusely because the idea that people who inject "race" into everything, even when it is clearly not a factor as being "racism", escapes their limited small minds.
I know exactly what you mean! And white people are always doing that too...

I married a woman with OCD. The constant cleaning can get irritating, but I never have to file.
The last time I checked, my identity couldn't be stolen with a copied MP3.
You would still have your identity, so nothing was stolen.
i say again - by doing what they did, they brought this on themselves.
Just like my girlfriend. I didn't want to hit her, but she totally made me.

Last I checked we had three branches of government.
Why don't all these other stupid countries speak English! Duh! Standards!
Being unemployed, in prison, or on welfare does not make you a slave of the state.
Absolutely. That privilege is reserved for the employed.

Speculation can go both ways.
and I can only conclude that for whatever reason, BDs are not as robust as DVDs.
An unbiased conclusion would also consider the possibility that the BDs are more popular.
It used to be about how BluRay will fail completely. Now it's "only" selling half of the market.
No, BluRay will likely never have the complete hold of DVD, simply because download is a real option. But it's certainly not going anywhere.
What do you think will be in the next consoles?
Just because you are tired of paying for something doesn't mean it needs regulation.
On or off plan? On plan if you go over you just buy another block. $20/2gb I think.

But I do have things you won't find on them
Given they are going on thirty years old, I bet there's lots of things you won't find on them either.

Sony of course.
I see. So it's not a matter of how dangerous something is, but rather how easy it is for you personally to avoid it.
Granted i dont conform to the weight-range for an american fully grown man (only 85 kilos)
Actually according to this you are within 2% of the average weight, which is 86.6 kilos. Well within measurement error of your scale.
I wonder what other misconceptions you have and/or are completely wrong about.
Have you ever driven when tired? Frustrated? No one is ever 100%.
Isn't the rule that they can only remove functionality after their precious little console ships?
No. No it isn't.
My laptop broke when my toddler stepped on it too.
Took significantly less then 5 years to crack the PS3. The people who ended up finding the right stuff werent even looking until motivated by Sony.
This doesn't ring true. Every other platform is hacked very quickly whether the company "gives them cause [don't make me hit you!]" or not.
It should be. Equal protection under the law and all that. Selective enforcement of laws is a major vector for corruption.
But other countries do it too!
