I just had the pleasure of playing Onimusha 3, as well.
I also had the displeasure of watching Returner, starring Takeshi Kaneshiro, who played Samonosuke in Onimusha 3.
I don't know the degree to which Reno/Kaneshiro actually "played" their characters (did they do motioncap?), but I do know that Onimusha 3 and Drakengard (a Square Enix offering) have both been infinitely more entertaining and "cinematic" than anything coming out of Hollywood over the past few months.
Good. I know an extreme bitch, and she wasted 250 fucking dollars of her aunt's money to get this shitbrick for her little sister. I hope it has small parts that choke kids.
Damn, that was oozing with mean-ness.
In my opinion, Apple wsa (sic) in too mcuh(sic) of a hurry to relaees (sic) the Mini.
How so? Do you have some sort of evidence that they rushed it to market? Perhaps the engineers just weren't paying attention.
Seems to me the teeny-bopper kids are the ones who'll shell out (their parents') cash for various Buffy-verse shitpiles like novelisations, seasons on DVD, etcetera.
42-year-old soccer moms won't invest the same amount of time/money in a property as teens will. Thus, series must be cycled through regularly, because teens are interested in the "new hotness," not "tried and true."
...I don't know if you're disagreeing with me or not...
I think that the OFFICIAL Java implementation that Sun would have the final change-implementing authority over wouldn't be changed qualitatively due to their strongly imbued sense of "our way or the highway."
Any "unofficial" version wouldn't really be Java, so whether it's good or not is a moot point.
I don't think that'd really help. After all, they want to force people into their way of thinking now, why would they accept any changes to Java that someone made that didn't mesh with Sun's current plan for the growth of Java?
...That is, not at all. I'm sorry, but after six months of administrating a Solaris network, I'm fucking fed up. Sun makes non-interoperable, non-compliant shit, and Java's the only product they've had that's come close to being a useful product. IMO, it has, but fuck the rest of Sun.
I think you've had one too many delusions of pale white old men in forboding black suits looking at spreadsheets of numbers and firing any bastard who dares to show the slightest bit of individuality
FIrst off, just because it's computerized doesn't mean that you're assigned a number (or, more accurately, it doesn't mean that's how it displays you to the human using it).
The people "up the piramid (sic)" have better things to do than analyze employee timesheet data; they leave that up to "your boss, who knows you," and he'd be the first to dismiss your frequent tardies if he knew you somehow made up for them.
Just because it's a computerized timesheet doesn't mean it's an anal retentive one.
My father works in a pathology lab, and they absolutely HATE their voice recognition software. The problem is recognizing all that jargon. You have to have an enormous dictionary to dictate the examination of any specimen or an autopsy.
They also tried what you're talking about, feeding recorded voice into the recognizer, but it just wasn't accurate or "knowledgeable" enough.
Hello,
I'm trying to setup the Sun ONE Directory Server, v5.2, on a Solaris 9
server. The server appears to be running just fine, but when I try to
initialize one of our Solaris 8 (or 9) boxen via either ldapconfig or
sys-unconfig, I'm given an error that essentially says that I'm using
an invalid profile.
How is a profile supposed to be setup? I specified the profile name
"default" in the idsconfig script, but haven't found any other UI for
exporting/importing/creating LDAP profiles. Is there some widget I'm
missing?
Any help is _greatly_ appreciated.
Yours truly,

No, corporate ownership of Congressmen to yield draconian legislature like the DMCA is killing progress. Perhaps unrelated to the subject at hand, but sometimes "old and busted" IS "the new hotness."
I, for one, consider Visio vastly superior to dia. *shrug*
If you can't afford to have a parent living at home with your child, then guess what? You aren't financially prepared to have a child. So just "wrap that whacker before you attack her."
The coach of an elementary school lacrosse club in Pennsylvania ordered four bottles of the pills.
I know a little bad publicity is in order for these foolhardy people as a group, but isn't that a little specific of a description? How many ELEMENTARY SCHOOL lacrosse teams are there in Pennsylvania?
Let's not downplay the importance of the "Let The Music Play" campaign. Go to the EFF website, print out the ad that's appearing in Rolling Stone, Spin et al, and post it everywhere.
The only way to fight the **AA is to enlighten the masses who aren't aware of the problem. After that, boycotts, actual progress in Congress, the whole enchilada will be a breeze.
How are you going to justify a $150,000 lawsuit against BuBbLeS_69_XOXO@KaZaA because she's downloaded roughly 20 albums worth of music? If the RIAA is going to try to make as big a deal out of this "piracy" as a child molester, then they better make sure due process is served.
I want to see this answered, as well. While they may not be doing anything to protect us (they are, after all, only the enforcers), I would like to know who is.
I, for one, welcome our new High Integrity Overlords.

...which will promptly fail, probably, because its LDAP client will need FUCKING PATCHING RIGHT OUT OF THE GOD DAMNED BOX...
...I mean, it's going to be released non-compliant and b0rked, like Sol8 and Sol9 were.

As unenlightened as they are, apparently there's enough of them to create special editions of products just for them.

Silly? These guys don't think so.
Here's the problem, then:
