  1. Re:The Bump starts before Colbert on Measuring the "Colbert Bump" · · Score: 0

That would make a lot more sense than what this article proposes. The only reason we are discussing this is because Colbert is the only one who purported to have any sort of "bump" power. Which, at minimum, has us wondering and duscussing if he actually has any power.

And it would seem likely in this case that the discussion itself of if someone has a power would actually tend to assist that person in gaining the said power.

I will agree to this. As a regular and avid CakePHP use, the worst part about CakePHP is the "PHP" part. It is such an ugly language.

PHP however does get stuff done. I think I've seen this quote on the internet somewhere.. "PHP is one ugly mother fucker who gets shit done right away"

It just works, it just does stuff. Anything you want to do in PHP there is a library for it and someone who has done it before you. Many many people use it and the syntax is easy to learn. I hate PHP, but it does the job well. So I am rtconner and I use PHP and CakePHP.

Since this is obviously a law suite that the prosecutor cannot win, can the defendant just not show up to court? I mean think about it, if you don't show up, you don't spend any money on defense. You don't lose any time at work, you don't have to pay a lawyer. It is on them to prove you did something wrong. If you didn't do anything wrong, they cannot prove it. This fully defeats the purpose of the frivolous law suite, and wastes their money at the same time.

Sorry for not knowing the exact legal terms. But I think you get the general idea of my question.
