Having google blocked (presumably from google's end) from this is just security through obscurity. Well it's not even that really, it means there is (1) stuff available in plain text which is a part of a website's (2) public access AND (3) for one reason or another has searching enabled. The problem is part 1 and/or 2, the symptom is 3. Cure the problem, not the symptom.
Yes I can imagine how valuable a pocketknife is in an airport terminal. You never know what kind of scum there is around there. Why, I hear some people carry knives.
Seriously though folks the knife might come in handy in a crash.. if your remains aren't reduced the size of a thimble! Haha just kidding of course. It doesn't matter how big your remains are, it still won't help.
It will be interesting to see which bands, or labels, make exclusive deals with the Borg. Cool or Popular? Hip or L7? will the music world become as divded as the political spectrum?
Why, Ice Cube of course. *runs, ducks, gets a mortar ready*
Interestingly enough I want both sides to lose. Thus I hope what happens is each company gets in a price war until eventually each song costs $0.01. Then I want a mass download to ensue and for the RIAA to send the bill (that is who they pay, isn't it?) to Microsoft and Apple. This will suck both companies bone dry and the influx of money into the RIAA will cause such a gravitational force that it will collapse in on itself and get sucked into another dimension.
Oh yeah and it'd be nice if some of the money somehow made its way to me and got me a gmail account too.
I'd like to see a swiss army knife sans knife. Everything else. The problem is even this might not be allowed on the plane. One list of banned items I saw included "Tools". When I get on an airplane usually I see several tools but they are allowed on. (read that however you want)
Just so you don't think I'm being an ass I think your point is still valid, just not as such as would appear by your original question. I have one gig of ram in my machine and find it to be enough, however if I didn't have the ability to go up to 3 gigs I'd be quite angry. All it takes is a couple new programs which I have to run at the same time (course work) which could easily push me over.
How many people do you know who have more than 1GB of RAM in their home or office PCs? I could probably count them on one hand.
Incorrect question.
Correct question: How many peopel do you know who will have more than 1GB of RAM in their home or offpice PCs in the next 1 to 3 years?
I just got the stuff from RIT, although I imagine it's about the same for most colleges. Numbers:
Coverage, Deductibles: $50, $100
$2000, $55, $50
$4000, $75, $70
$6000, $95, $90
$8000, $115, $110
$10000, $135, $130
$12000, $155, $150
Personally I have the minimal. Everything in my room put together is worth more than that, but if any single item is stolen I am covered. I'd recommend ANYTHING to ANYONE who has ANY laptop.
They name all their code names after place names so that they won't accidentally step on any feet. This didn't turn out so well for Tanglewood because the Boston Pops happens to practice there. Instead of trying to fight it (there's no reason to) they changed it to another town which can be abbreviated TW. Check the inquirer or someone post the new name if you feel so inclined. I won't.

Actually our good friends at Duke Nukem Forever are doing the same thing. You can download the game at any time (50k) and they'll have the key (700 mb) ready sometime in the future.
You better be happy. One guy dropped a beaker filled with the cure of cancer to fill out this survey. Unfortunately a lab dog lapped up every last bit.
Did you mention the fact that without putting two cores on one chip (thus "one processor"), the speed increases in processors would quickly come to an almost halt? Even if you can match the performance of all the logic (Intel has a 10 GHz add), the L1 cache just isn't fast enough. You've created a ripping fast latency device.
Personally what I think will eventually happen is the number of cores will increase and eventually they'll develop a program-on-demand chip that creates physical logic on the fly for what needs to be done. Need a Fourier transform? Boom- it's hardwired. Need it to do image compression now? Boom- there you go. Running a memory intensive program? Boom- additional 128 kb of L2 cache, etc, etc. Not that I know of any way to do this, but that's never stopped anyone before.
Tip #1: Don't go "Hey Bob, look what this guy has!"

Laws and rights apply to everyone equally.
Except politicians...
and other policemen...
and celebrities...
and foreign nationals.
I'm probably missing a few groups. Then again I've been awake for about 5 minutes.

I'll be here all week... (sigh)
As this is the best way I can show it worked perfectly (that is, I didn't just make an account and lie about who I was ;P), here ya go (see header).
Thanks man

...(this was really successful back in the early 1900s when razor companies convinced American women they had to shave their legs and armpits)...
Thank god.

Don't knock that vaporware! I plan on running Duke Nukem Forever on that. (They sound compatible)

Here at RIT the library refers to the civil rights movement as "trouble ahead".
*pause for laughter to subside*
But in all seriousness folks our library stinks. It's great for reading material, but not so hot for anything related to coursework.

Here at RIT some guy stole someone's laptop last year (unlocked room). The police found it down the hall sitting on someone else's desk.
I don't know if RIT has some sort of reputation for having smart people, but we definitely need one for having dumb people.

We'll have 2 TB memory sticks sitting around that are decryption keys. No kidding.
At the websites I look at it doesn't look a day over 18.
The previous edition had no floppy drive. Perhaps this one has no hardware at all ;-)

Have a Nice Day!
But it'll add many new ones! Of course the number of new ones will essentially be the same as the excluded ones, but with a better standard.
Really? I was thinking I just left one of these in the toilet. Quite the opposite reaction I must say.
