A couple of months ago I was looking for a used Android phone, and I couldn't find one that was a reasonable cost. I was totally willing to buy a stolen phone if it would save me money. It turns out that the thiefs believe that the value of a stolen phone is equal to the value of a new phone, so they mark the sucker way up. Why would I pay the same amount for a possibly faulty, no warranty, possibly infected with spyware phone as a new phone that has none of that?
I know you're being sarcastic, but you have just managed to correctly capture the feelings of every corporate user who gets a Windows 8 upgrade.
When you multiply that with the Hundreds/Thousands/Tens of Thousands of users that many large enterprises have, then there is obviously something wrong, and they will let you know it.
Albert Einstein College of Medicine? I don't think medicine is what that guy is famous for.... That's almost like winning the Adolf Hitler humanitarian award.
Apple makes really nice looking hardware, but I swear their developers don't know how to write software for windows. Of course this is a long-standing issue... Just look at Quicktime. It has been awful on Windows ever since its creation. It was one of the first programs to install a tray icon which runs all the time just in case you might open a.mov file. There was really no need to do that, and yet they're still doing stuff like that - installing several services that always run even if you don't connect your iPhone to your PC.
So there is this company that is being paid to count votes, and they cant explain the inconsistencies they are getting? Really? They're only job is to *COUNT*. It's the first thing that is taught in schools to 4 year olds, many of which who have already mastered it.
Don't pay a counting company that can't count. Fire those idots! Or better yet, put them up on "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?".
Insects don't need to go into space. They don't need to survive a vacuum. They die in a vacuum for a reason. This will only lead to bugs on spacecraft, which will be a nuisance, or even dangerous.
When humans colonize other planets, there is no need to bring bugs with us. That will just be another planet for them to infest.
If bugs want to go into space, let them develop their own space suits, but got god's sake, DON'T DO IT FOR THEM!
I live in the midwest, and even since the 80s, I have seen TELEVISION commercials for Roundup herbicide. One popular commercial shows a man spraying roundup from a hand-held spray bottle, just like the kind you find filled with 409, on a small weed growing between sidewalk panels. Yes, Monsanto markets directly to consumers.
All the Williams games from that era are fantastic. I really liked the F14 Tomcat (which, along with Taxi), is ridiculously anti-Russian when viewed today.
I fully agree that more game devs should make games more accessible to impaired players. A friend of mine loves to play games, but his vision isn't as sharp as mine. He has to sit VERY close to his 60" TV to see any details.
A simple color change could have improved it a lot! Also, don't rely on a tiny visual clue to solve a puzzle.... For instance, finding the dime in Maniac Mansion..... I had a Monochrome screen on an Apple II you bastards!
What the new playstation absolutely needs is 100% configurable buttons on the controller! It can easily be justified as an accessibility option.
The need for this can often be seen when playing an older PS2 game where some idiot assigned the square button as "Back" when all the other games in the world use the circle button. This should be the FIRST thing they implement.
What happens to these stolen phones?

You're forgetting about Virtual Machines....

...Because I'm a potato!
In the immortal words of Kratos: "What game?"
It is if you haven't visited it yet!

"If you wish to make a science show from scratch, you must first invent the universe."
You are suspiciously well-versed in biology for a software developer....
If you make a kickstarter project for this, I'll back it.
This link proves you wrong!

If you need technology in the car to tell you that you have just been in a collision, then I don't think you should be driving,
What problem does this fix? Why do we need morphing phones?
The episodes are roughly 1 million dollars each, so I would estimate about $26 Million for another season.
How much you got?

Well, with a name like "Bean Town", I can believe it!

GizMag is *NOT* Gizmodo.....
That doesn't hold a candle to the 1286 processor from LawnmowerMan II...
