Better Beer
I only live a few miles from Canada, but California has the better beer. Sierra Nevada and Anchor Brewing make some of the best beers in the world.
I remember playing Quake2 online against a friend of mine and he was using a skin called "Crack Whore" not something I want to see dancing on my screen.
If it's so unpopular then why are they making a DVD box set for season 1, which appears to be already available in Europe And also info from the FOX Germany siteI guess I need to get a Region 2 DVD player
I have noticed an increasing trend towards people having and using multiple platfors for gaming. In the past it seemed that most people had either a nintendo or a sega for example. Now it's common to use several. Am I the only freak running at least 5? (Atari 2600,N64,PS2,GBA,PC).
I only posted a brief description of the article. I included a link to the article. If I had posted the entire article that would defeat the purpose of posting a link and providing the due respect the original website deserves
However had you clicked on the link and read the whole story you would also read about "Nephew Melvin" who uses the autoconf tool to quickly and easily modify a setup he had previously created. Or "Geek Girl Penelope" who needs a custom kernel to support a driver but has no time to become a kernel hacker.
The main point is not wether there should be an autoconf tool. There will be...regardless of what anybody thinks. The point is should it be included into the mainstream, available in the standard kernel and in the popular distributions.
Even though I did not see anything unusual at Yahoo. This sounds exactly like the ads in every computer magazine I subscribe to. There are multi page articles that look like news stories except in small print at the top of the page it says "Special advertising supplement" or other such crap.
To quote the article "Hydrogen can be produced on Earth by water electrolysis. This process may be very efficient (in excess of 80%) I think it would be safer and more realistic to produce hydrogen on earth with a large array of solar cells. Many of the countries in the Middle East that currently rely on oil also have plenty of sunlight and border the ocean. Now would be the time to convert to a hydrogen economy before the oil runs out.
Yeah I read the article on Tom's like 5 minutes after I posted this article. Tech-Report gave more detail and I liked the pure 1200 vs. 1200. But the main topic was to point out that there are other new processors out there that don't cost Between $350 & $600
Here in Michigan, our Govenor was pushing to make Broadband available to everybody. Hoping that if we get on the band wagon early it would create more jobs here. Click here to read more about it
I noticed that the new IMac is using USB 1.1 instead of the much improved 2.0 . With such a shiny new machine I would have expected to see 2.0, but then I am not much of an iMac user. I'm sure Apple is more in favor of FireWire, but I still wonder why no 2.0. Unless OSX does not support it

"Good books are like wine, my books are like water. Everybody drinks water"
Apple computers are like wine and Windows is like water.....
