You are right, there title is wrong. It was aimed to stirr up peoples anger and they all jumped like programmed puppets. You are the first persom I have seen that figured this out and didn't just fly off the handle like you were supposed to. Anyway, MS is tired of getting the shit end of the patent stick so they are playing the game. The software patent process needs to change.

I have had the same experience in every salary position I have held. I was working a 75 hour week as a temp in my last position, they offered me the position as a salary employee and I refused it. This is also the reason I left the military, I spent 13 months working on my feet for 13 hours, 6 days a week for about $20,000. Even in your free time you are shoveling snow, cleaning barracks etc. If someone gets sick (the blacks always seemed to have an excuse), you are out your 1 day off with no compensation. Hourly employees have rights and you forfeit them when you agree to work for salary. I would rather flip burgers for 3 fast-food joints than work another salary job.

I retain information in my sleep, I remember times in HS when my teacher would pull "Mr. Priest, what was ... again" and I'd repeat just about everything they said word for word. This is not possible in all stages of sleep, but it seems to work in early stages.
The reason for this I am not sure, maybe because when I am conscious I am so bored with the lecture I find something else to do. I think this is because public education is designed to be taught at a speed that the lowest 5% can keep up with, I never really fell asleep during class in college.
