Just like Germany, Greece can contemplate a large renewable energy sector because they have easy and cheap access to nuclear power. They don't have the power plants themselves, but they import from their neighbors.
The airspace above their homes is not theirs. But maybe the Republican administration can introduce a free market solution - like auctioning it to the highest bidder. Then people will easily be able to Make America Peaceful Again, while generating business opportunities.
WikiLeaks didn't publish Russian and Chinese secrets because...... they publish what they get. If Russian and Chinese citizens working for their respective secret-keeping organizations don't volunteer secrets to Wikileaks, what should Wikileaks do to satisfy your conspiracy streak, invent them?
