Thinking this through this is actually an excellent way to get the IP holders off the backs of University IT Departments. All Universities develop a blanket policy that each identified use is reported to the local police. The local police ignore the flood of accusations and write them off for lack of evidence. The University has take the most drastic step it can so what are the IP holders left to complain about. They can try to go against the local police forces but good luck with that.
I would think that if that is the case then it is worth looking at for that reason alone. The obesity problems we have and all of the associated issues that come along with it are huge. Letting someone continue eating the same volume of food with reduced calories would be beneficial.
Or even better send every other page as advertisement rather than outright "time is up". Send every even page as "You've been browsing a while, you must be hungry, have.25 off of a large order of fries"
Do you care to explain why? I think it is perfectly reasonable to drive down someone's driveway, and unless they tell me to leave, post notices prohibiting it, or make the drive inaccessible. There are certainly harmless and perfectly legitimate reasons to enter another's property. Why institute a blanket prohibition?
I'm sorry but to me that reasoning sounds too much like "If you have nothing to hide then why should you worry about being under constantly monitored (video, phone intercepts, etc.)". Google isn't a government entity but it is an entity other than myself. I should be entitled to my privacy from anyone--even non-evil-doers.
Now see, this is exactly what she was advocating--introduce both concepts and encourage healthy debate. Debate requires constant research, exploration, and effort. This strengthens the mind and carries us forward. Having an opposing side in anything always forces additional effort and therefore accomplishments. Seems like a good idea to me.
Well they can't just cherry pick what they want to site to have. The site says I can have the computer for a dollar--I'll accept that. The site also says I must use arbitration--I'll just ignore that part.
There is an argument that just because one group does something it does not exactly give another group the right to do something that is wrong. For instance, just because the MPAA/RIAA get a tax/charge/fee applied to items that can be used to copy music--with the reason being that it will be used to illegally copy music--it does not give the consumer of those items the right to actually illegally copy the music. So here, just because people are illegally copying music it does not give the MPAA/RIAA the right to impersonate (lie) about who they are to snoop into your private life. The double standard here is just crap.

That depends. If emphasis is placed upon the "aa" then it means no when placed upon the "aaa" it means yes.

This is once where their jobs will be easier if I just don't give a shit.
So Tennessee, home of whiskey, has the shortest waiting list for liver transplants?

Yes, if the current pipes are polybutylene.
But they did announce it. I have a subscription and received notification of the pending change (via email).

I have also been harmed by the inability to read hellion0's post in my preferred Chinese. I believe your suit will require class action status.
Even more great debate. Welcome to the democratic method. Now, how many of the voters in your state/local area support this barfing turtle thing?

I was going to say 'whoosh back' but then I finished reading your post and figured somebody would reply to me and say 'he did not say whoosh'
Oddly enough I also have both of my domains (usotsku.info and hoshiner.org) registered there as well.
Evil Shenanigans.
Tsk. Tsk. You and your fancy "number storing" telephone.
I've seen this movie--and both sequels. It doesn't work out so well for us humans in the end.
No, but did it taste like a butterfly?
Well let's hope the bridge to space isn't built using joint plates.

That depends...would you be buying it on E-Bay or from the manufacturer?
Like other things in life: you can't live with it, you can't live without it.
Not confirming either way--but I believe those are simply symptoms--not the actual cause :)
...you must first realize there is no Earth.
