    Exactly, you're at home doing nothing with yourself, Jobs is the CEO of the 4th largest company in the US.. he spends his whole life reading and sending emails, not playing games.

    Computers. the symbolic arrangement of statements or instructions in a computer program in which letters, digits, etc. are represented as binary numbers; the set of instructions in such a program: That program took 3000 lines of code. Compare ASCII, object code, source code.

    There are no instructions or statements in HTML/CSS. It's not code.

    Programmers don't consider CSS or HTML to be "code. It's markup.

    You don't have any assignment or logic in HTML or CSS (unless you're talking about javascript).. therefore, it's not code.

    If I have PEX disabled, my client wont connect to anyone that has not been sent to me by the tracker... which means anyone who was shared my IP outside of the tracker, will never connect to me, and never know what I am doing.

    BitTorrent user, I was shocked that anyone with a box connected to the Internet can spy on what everyone is downloading on BitTorrent.

    How could they possibly spy on me if I'm using a private tracker with DHT disabled?

    I'm not seeing how that constitutes an attempt the return it to the owner.

    No, the geeks at /. are in love with Woz's Apple, everyone else is in love with Steve's Apple.

    In 2004 Apple's stock was worth $10.. today it's worth $241. Apple has taken a very different direction ever since Jobs returned.. and I would say it's been very good for Apple.

    What is clear however, geeks are not their target audience... or any other business really.

    google.com and microsoft.com are valuable only because of the businesses behind them. Sex.com by itself has far more intrinsic value. The only domain I'd value more than sex.com would be business.com.

    Google doesn't let anyone use their search results, which they claim to be their proprietary content.

    Because apple's app store is the best way to make a lot of money selling moble apps. Android's store doesn't even come close to the sales you see on apple's app store.

    Two things:

    1) Car keys/House keys are a highly attractive theft target.

    2) With a digital system, you can quickly/easily change access to/from key devices. If you lose a key, you can quickly disable it, you certainly cannot do that with a conventional key.
