    Yep. I use PSI under Linux (SSL, and GPG support), and JAJC if I am unlucky enough to have to use Windows.

    That's too true. Whenever I hear a girl moaning "All men are bastards", I often correct them: "All the men that you've picked are bastards". Sometimes they even realise that it might be down to their choice. I'm sure women have an inbuilt masochistic streak in them.

    With Windows you browse the web (there's not much good quality freeware), work out how to download it, run the installer.

    You forgot: Then head off to the warez/crackz/serialz sites, get infected with some trojan/spyware, and look for the serial number to use it.
