It's been 4 years since I've wanted to use instagram.....of course it goes down today. Facebook fix your shit, there's this little thing called redundancy.
Heh, I've grabbed a few beta-Service Packs from alt.binaries.warez.ibm-pc.ms-beta and saw the 64-bit (2003 edition) of some stuff when i was browsing the other day.
Basically, Usenet is available, in some form, to everyone, but, by saying "just anyone" i assume you're referring to a link on a webpage the average Joe can click. So, unless you would call a ".torrent" a means of everybody accessing the illegal beta (i don't) then I guess it's currently only available for the small % of educated usenet/.torrent/IRC users who actually have the hardware to run it.
But yea, stealing microsoft products is about as bad as masturbating to photoshopped pictures of Hilary Duff. Morally wrong? no. Ethically wrong?....Maybe
In closing, if you had the hardware, and you really wanted, or needed Win64-03, then im sure you would figure out how to find it on usenet/torrent/irc.
I'm on DirecTV DSL right now...so I have 60-90 days to switch to new ISP?
Funny, last night I was talking to my family about which ISP we should switch to, because my DirecTV DSL was down for about 90 mins, and once it was back up (past 11 pm PST) we went to DSL Reports. I looked at good backbones, Level(3) and SBC look good.
I'm lookin at PacBell DSL By SBC.
Does anyone have any good alternative for aDSL with a Static IP? (We are a family with a Linksys router and several switches)
My Friend's 4x 256MB Samsung PC800 RDRAM (1024MB) ran WAYYY to hot to touch, on his dual Pentium 3 Computer.
After he shut down, he would have to wait a few hours to be able to handle the RDRAM.
Then, he sent his RDRAM in to Samsung and they exchanged him for new RIMM's (also PC800, 4x256MB), and they run cooler, but still very hot compared to (DDR) SDRAM.
DDR SDRAM Heat spreaders are basically only for high performance systems, and overclocking, not for your average user.
So can you please tell me what specs are for the RDRAM and DDR RAM you are using?
Video game sales exceeded the movie industry's annual box office draw last year by $1 billion.
I'm thinking thats probably mostly from The Sims, and Grand Theft Auto 3.
Then I read the next line:
The current video game hit, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, sold more than 1.4 million copies at an average $48 apiece in its first three days. That $70 million windfall easily puts it in the ranks of a blockbuster movie.
Also, There was a 2 issue article in GamePro about "Take This Job and Love It!." Working in the video game industry. Heres a link to the lo-fi version, search for the pretty oneTake This Job and Love It.
What distro are you using? On Red Hat 8.0, to change resolution, go to the red hat in the corner, click it, go to System Settings, then Display. Give your root password, and change it to 800x600 (or your desired resolution)
On the Slashdot page, the headline says no Windows machines are allowed onboard, but the article says only Mac's onboard.
Does this mean you can't bring on PC's with linux? But you can bring on Mac's with linux on it? Technically it would still be a Mac, but without the Mac OS.
I Wonder if you can bring Pocket PC's on....they run on a form of Windows.

how is f2fs now-a-days?
I agree
I think it *might* be the OCZ DDR boster, that lets you increase the RAM voltage to an insanely high 3.9v

Better than the 0MB RDRAM in my OverClocked AMD Athlon XP 1800+ with 512MB PC3000 DDR RAM.
RDRAM runs cooler than DDR?

RAMBUS in other things:
I Could have sworn I had RAMBUS memory in my Nintendo64, and also in my Playstation 2 (or was it XBox?)
*Redundant* BeoWulf Cluster refrence Imagine a BeoWulf CLuster of AMD Thoroughbred-B 2.4GHz Processers compiling Netscape 7.01! *drool*
I Could have sworn RDRAM was dying (just like BSD) And DDR is the future, have you ever heard of i845 Intel Chipsets? PC3200 DDR RAM?
HELLO?
Imagine a BeoWulf cluster of 16 3G cell phones!
:)
Imagine Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets QuickTime trailer on 16 cell phones in your bedroom.
Nice
All your base are belong to Apple Quicktime

well, it was in german, so i searched for "backstreet" and found out it was Nick Carter who setup the last piece.
