    Could be it was an honest question. Not everyone in the world uses english as their primary language. (including myself)

    mail is sortedby criteria in order from first to last item in the "group by box".

    I was not talking about grouping or sorting (did i tell anything about that?), but about threads like in USENET. Use Evolution within a mailing list, you will see it.

    Ever heard of the In-Reply-To: header?

    Yes, most mail Clients (including Evoulution) will respect that header and sort the mail into the correct thread, regardless of subject.

    So, nothing new here, just microsoft imitating others and selling it as innovation.

    Stop your FUD, they were *NOT* available via Windows Update. Maybe they were there over the weekend, but that would be a little late, don't you think?

    M$ knows about that problem how long? They had a patch for how long? And it was available on Windows Update for about 3 days.

    3 days (over the weekend) is a little bit too short.

    In fact the Bundesgerichtshof is not really the highest court in Germany. It can be overruled by the Bundesverfassungsgericht (www.bverfge.de) which is similiar to the US supreme court i guess.

    Close, but not exact. AFAIK, the Bundesgerichtshof is the highest Court, but for cases which touch a right/law stated in the "Verfassung" (Germany's Constitution) you can go to the Bundesverfassungsgericht. They have the power to decide that a law is illegal (against the constitution)

    During the last several years there was a huge increase in cases decided by the Bundesverfassungsgericht, mainly because all those politicians who say "Hey, that law is from our opposing party, lets try to block/stop/whatever it."

    Replace German with US, Adolf with Dubja (big difference ?), Linux with Microsoft, "..just for Counterstrike" with "..just for educational purpose" and "...without a reboot" with "...hourly reboots" and you get a quite correct statement what is going on today.

    What guarantee do you have?
    Nowadays you can be arrested without court order,
    your house can get searched without court order,
    your phones can get tapped (you guess... without court order),
    you call that free?
    Don't tell me that doesn't apply to you for you
    are no terrorist, who decides who is a terrorist?

    The US are currently making the same mistakes which were made here more than 60 years ago (Germany).

    BTW: what proof is there until now that the accused persons committed the 9/11 attacks?
    First it was told you don't have to show your ID for flights within the US,
    then they told us you had to, but why were the names not on the flight list? Either way there is not a single clue that the accused persons were on that plane.
