    and it has already been reviewed by probably at least hundred
    indepedent users.
    You can browse it, use automated tools on it,
    lick it, eat it. Check the code by all means you have -\
    you have it!

    I agree. This is why I want to re-introduce the system of "pre-s"
    2.5.xx should be the last development version,
    2.5.xxPre-1 should be freezed version
    2.5.xxPre-2 should be freezed version with some bug fixes
    2.5.xxPre-N should be version where almost everybody agree that it's a stable version with 99.99% stability
    2.6.0 will be first production stable kernel
    2.6.1 will be fixing an unexpected bugs, etc.
    2.7.0 will be next development kernel, introduced
    when 2.5.xxPre-1 issued

    Heh! 2.6 should be a polished to extremely stability 2.5! Not anyhow else! So it should be as stable as possible, unless it's not worth changing from 2.5 to 2.6.
    Hmm. May be a good idea to put something like
    2.5pre? People will know that it's a kernel that
    is going to be stable and will test it as nearly stable?

    You can go to different publishers, they have different resources and compete between each other.

    There is already a lot of laws that *you* cannot do with yourself, for example to sign a contract to sell you in slavery.
    I think 100% selling copyright before selling a product is unfair.

    Yes, because there is a monopoly on the other side - syndicates' monopoly.
    Artists are now almost forced to give up all rights.

    No. WHEN artists did decisions, they had NO FULL INFORMATION. They can not really good estimate the profits of their stuff. And it is the unfairness of the selling act.

    Right now, you have the following situation:
    Artist A created song B which is a probable hit.
    He then sell all rights for that song
    to some syndicate C for a fixed sum.
    Then for all that A1 A2 ... An artists, copyright
    on songs will be at C and they will care not of fair use or other stuff or...
    Imagine situation, when by law they cannot sell more than 50% of their rights on song.
    It means that they have direct decisions on how their material will be used. It will be much fairer to them and society.

    Heh... Switzerland....
    Some factors that precede recent crash between Tu-154 and Boeing 757 DHL were
    - Traffic warining system in its scheduled 10-minutes maintenance - dispatcher got no warnings
    - Busy phone lines to dispatch - Deutch dispatch was not able to get to Switzerland dispatch to tell them about dangerous situation...

    This is an example that cost a lot of lives...
    (other tragic circumstance was that pilots of Tu-154 gave priority to dispatch commands instead of commands of collision avoidance system...)

    My experience is diet is over rated...
    I tried dieting and become very frustrated and depressed - nothing more. No pounds drop.
    When I entered physical exercises, I dropped 15 pounds for 3 months. No dieting.
    I think it depends on constitution
    Pounds Drop = ALPHA * dieting + BETA * exercise
    where ALPHA and BETA vary for particular man, particular conditions (hot climate) and other stuff...
    Just my 2 cents...

    Exactly! You own your land near your house. But you cannot grow there anyhing except stupid lawn; if you do, the "good neighbours" will complain and municipal mowers will come with police to cut your lawn. You will be billed for that operation!
