Interesting that I wrote a paper describing these results in 1990, based entirely on existing research found in the library at a community college in Dallas, TX, but somehow this news? I guess the difference is that people are finally becoming interested in the possibilities, instead of being hung up on the propaganda.
Sounds like Kaspersky is either trying to deflect or didn't do a good job of prevention/protection. Were I Kaspersky, at this point, I think I might have kept my mouth shut.
as a defense contractor, I can assure you this is status quo for all government contracting. it has nothing to do with price, quality or delivery, but everything to do with the procurement process.
I got very frustrated with the itunes interface for my 64GB touch and when getting a new phone, opted for GalaxyS rather than the iphone. maybe apple has finally "pooped in its mess kit"

While I like this idea, looking for a solution that is, in and of itself, a bigger problem seems to belittle the parties involved on both sides. Overwhelming the Italian Government does not make them see their error, only makes them an "enemy."
but megaupload is famous for circumventing the fascist regime known as the RIAA, not distributing kiddie porn.;) I don't support ISP web filtering for any reason, I just said I could understand why they might be tempted.
if they STOPPED terrorism, too many people would be out of work and that would be bad for the business group known as the US Government, so that's not an intent of the DHS.

While I don't agree with Verizon on principal, I can see why they might be tempted to block 4chan. No one wants underage porn on their networks.
