when I heard about tiger I thought lighter right away:)
I am more worried about the fact that i can't find a single notice in the google SMS faq about what they are going to do with the list of millions of active cell phone numbers. Anyone else think that after a while they could decern enough info about a number to sell the numbers to select marketers in the geographic location of the cell number? you guys all trust google way to much, I don't trust a company were 60% percent of the employees have more money then i will make in a life time...
On a side note, we recently did a count of the lines of code in our CVS repository for Xenium OS, and were surprised to find that the current count is over 1.35 million lines of code! As much as we would love to say we wrote all of that from scratch, much of it is library code. Regardless, this should show you how much technology and complexity we have put into this product.
I read that they have been stating it's all a publicity stunt on katie Jone's behalf and that katiesplace.org has always been there plan not to take over katie.com. hmm well then why was that domain JUST registered around the time this story started hitting the blog scene?
