    2. The iTunes hasn't sold DRM music in 4 years. That includes the Beatles' catalog.

Most GPL libraries are LGPL, which basically means dynamic linking doesn't cause viral infection. (to be a pedant, GPL only matters when you start distributing)

GNU readline is one exception, as it's a dynamic library under the GPL license. Richard Stallman has claimed that dynamic linking does cause GPL-viral infestation, but that's quite a legal stretch. Furthermore, there is BSD-licensed, binary compatible drop-in replacement (libedit), so that's a moot point.

  15. Re:I don't get it on Facebook Wedding Photos Result In Polygamy Arrest In Michigan · · Score: 1

The principle of plural marriage ("the principle") was common through out history, across countries and continents. Only recently has it been stigmatized, although it's still accepted in many countries. Granted, there were abuses that went along with it, but those abuses also existed with single marriages as well. Baby, bathwater, etc.

Freedom of association is an accepted right in the US (an extension of the first amendment, although more properly, the Constitution does not give Congress the right to prevent freedom of association). This isn't just a legal theory, it is a Supreme Court ruling (NAACP vs Alabama). You have a fundamental right to associate with two (or more) women (or men).

Most polygamy arrests are for things like filing fraudulent government paperwork, tapping 16-year old ass, incest, etc. If you can avoid that, you're not going to be arrested or convicted. Warren Buffett openly lived with his mistress for 30 years while still married to his wife.
