These people should be locked in a room for 10 years force to listen to new silent track repeatedly, not the original "4'33". I'm sure they would consider canabalism to be a blessing in this situation.
Cage is cool, but this completely fucked up. Will any lawyer support this kind of harassement? What are these people on? It's a different quantity of silence, does that make a difference. Does John Cage hold a patent on silence? If so, I bet he could make billions over the WTC tragedy!

Until all the facts are in, I wouldn't suggest telling anyone you use the *engine* with the *largest* index. Just buy an SUV, it's more impressive and kills people!

The only difference I see between this and current ongoing cases with DeCSS is that they are trying to get permission from the court system before they get sued. There is allot of history available on this topic.

It's been a long time coming. Google is the only engine currently doing a decent job of making clear which links are paid advertisements.
