  1. In Buddhism the question is simply; Did you see, know, or suspect that it was immoral? Then you fully share the responsibility.

It's all part of this concept called "Freedom", which may have a potential for abuse, you must just accept that as part of the cost of freedom.

Shouldn't businesses be given the freedom of deciding how they want to run their business? If some stores decide they don't want to accept cash, you must just accept that as part of the cost of their freedom.

You realize this is possible today, right? Commercial trucks that cross state lines are generally required to carry at least $750,000 in liability insurance, and most carry higher limits. I would argue that it is even easier to get yourself rear-ended by a big rig driven by a human, compared to a computer with an instant reaction time. Trucks today also won't have all the sensors and cameras recording every aspect of the accident.

Warren's day-to-day lifestyle is actually less extravagant than many other people's in Omaha where he lives. He has a nice house (I drive by it on my commute), but it is no mansion. Not even the nicest house on the block. He drinks Coke, not lattes, and eats at old-school Italian steakhouses that are reasonably priced. He does travel much, much better than most though, since Berkshire Hathaway owns NetJets. He used to prefer to fly commercial, but I'm not sure if that is still the case.
