  1. Nobody knows/cares on Net Neutrality to Win Big on Capitol Hill? · · Score: 2, Insightful

It is sad but true that most people dont even know what net nuetrality is or they dont care if they do know. There are a ton of people that all they know is that there are gays out there, somewhere, in some city, and they dont like them getting married. This is a topic that will effect MANY people who are mostly oblivious to the topic.

There is a lot of money AGAINT net nuetrality and not enough for it. On an issue that the average person doesn't care about few senator's are going to give up their potential re-election money just for a few informed techies. I am pessemistic about this like Lawrence Lessig, very fews things change in congress.

You may or may not want to maximum amount of bubbles. If you are not a sparkeling wine connoisseur then you probably dont have an opinion either way. Let me tell you first of all that you wont be bothered by too much but you might be bothered by too little. The only time you will ever find too many bubbles is in aged sparkeling wine. As champagne ages it usually takes on an almost yeasty taste from the fermentation and the CO2 gas increases creating more bubbles. Recently i got to drink a Champagne older than me and at first it was very bubbly but as i slowly enjoyed the taste it calmed down. Even then i wouldn't too much to make it unpleasant.

Actually a REAL good margarita consists of good tequila, fresh lime juice, and Grand Marnier. If you dont want orange brandy in your drink and insist on triple sec use Cointreau. Cointreau is technically a triple sec but it is nothing like the cheap orange syrup that is sold as triple sec, it is also 80 proof instead of the usual 46 proof for triple sec.

Think of this simple equation. If more was spent on anti-malware then the damage malware did, nobody woudl spend the money and they would just eat the cost. I realize thats an overly simple scenario but the idea still stands. Malware is used to rip off credit cards and checks which are VERY lucrative. The anti-malware is mostly run by corporations which have a profit margin but its not nearly the same as stealing.

I read an article about this very weapon years ago. I read some really good thoughts about it online. Imagine this for use in torture. You cant very well ACTUALLY burn someone for an hour straight. Eventually their nerves will burn away and they will go numb. With this weapon you can make someone feel like they are literally on fire for hours on end if you wish.

This weapon exists now to dispell crowds but remember that every weapon ever made has been abused. Although this weapon is most likely illegal under the geneva conventions. This weapon does create considerable heat in a very narrow band under the skin. If pointed at the eyes this weapon will cause blindness. It is forbidden to use weapons that are designed to blind or maim someone.

Also this weapon is only breifly used leaves ZERO physical evidence. An angry soilder can't just machine gun down crowds of civilians becuase that would be illegal and tracable back to who did it. There would be no way to prove if a rogue soilder or even a soldier under orders used this weapon indisciminatly.
