Ok round one you lose, so round two what can you buy. You can count on your opponent buying either an mp5 or ak or colt, none of which you can buy. If you choose to buy a deagle then your going against someone with a similar strength weapon but they have a muchb larger clip. Watch the worlds best CS players they dont buy guns on the second round they lose becuase if they do they are so money-fucked they might as well give up. Winning the first round aka "pistol round" is nearly an automatic 3 rounds untill in CS.

Sorry for my harse languadge but Counter-Strike Source is fucking retarded. CS-Source was named to be the official "online" version of half life but they got it all wrong. Nobody is switching over from the old counter strike which got the gameplay down so perfectly. I bought HL2 the day it came out and was dissapointed i was unable to play it in deathmatch becuase i think it would be potentially much better than CS-Source.

The biggest problem with an FPS on a controller is that is lacks the up-down dimension. A keyboard and mouse works fine for looking and shooting up and down. Goldeneye and Halo in my opinion were too 2D. Look at a game like Half Life 1 and youll notice how much more immersive a game can be when you can look up and down in massive caverns.
Well yes Japan is a unique place. I remember when i first learned about "kouban" i was surprised. Here in america police on the street are a rare sight and generally people think they can get away with petty theft since they usually do.

If your paying $50 for a 1.6GHz duron your getting robbed. Go and buy an XP2500+ for $85. $35 more and WAY faster. If your really going for the budget though get the Sempron 2400+ for $60. The Sempron has 4x as much L2 cache and higher clock speed AND higher efficencer per clock cycle.
And as for silence and space... that is the whole point of mini ITX. I dont think anyone here is actually offering it as a cost competative alternative to ATX.
I'm gunna assume you know that Doom 3 isn't the only reason someone buys a fast video card. There are many games out there that run on much slower cards. Also some people buy fast video cards mainly for the increased benchmark score they can brag about.

This is the concept behind DMA hard drives the AGP bus and a score of other technology that take the stress of simply how many mhz your cpu is. An example is games. Back in the day if you didn;t have enough cpu to run a game that was real time it just wouldn't run. Now its almost entirely up to the video card to run a game but originally video cards did none of the processing themselves they were basically a dongle from your motherboard to your moniter.

They are everywhere and they are free to watch, listen to, or take out whatever chips you want. What a great place England would become, they would finally start to catch up to America. Imagine if in england parents had to battle the media for their childs mind. Thay had to battle against the $12,000,000,000 every year spend on television advertising each year directed at children.
Finally parents could fight the good fight and battle buying their childrens mind with their own meager salery. When they finally break down they would have to simply submit to whatever cereal their child puts in the card at the supermarket, regardless of what the parents want their children to eat becuase they wont eat it if its not TRIX (R) (TM) (C) cereal with the fucking rabbit and everything.
Finally you could do away with the BBC, the last source of REAL news and get the bullshit that is on American TV every day. And hey if you dont like the broadcast television in America you are free as in freedom to buy cable or satelite service. You get hundreds more chanels of brain rotting none-sense and if you upgrade to the premium package you get undisputed most fair and balanced TV news on the planet, FOX news.
If only England would quit wallowing in their own filth AKA the BBC. In the article the author talks about installing a thinclient system on your laptop or using installing windows 3.1 to use word processing. When youg et to this point i have to wonder, do you relaly need a laptop that bad. All the time and effort that would go into instlaling a thin client system would probably take longer just using the main computer to do what your gunna do. Also i find if you really want to write anything long dont do it on a laptop keyboard, you will go much slower generally and i think it would be faster to just abandon those old laptops... as sad as that may sound.
Please dont confuse the decision makers of the US with "most Americans". Remember the decision makers of the US dont do what most americans want them to do. Also remember that most americans didn't vote for George Bush in the last election.
