I actually read a study that said 80% believe they are in the top 5% of drivers. I'm convinced that the actual top 5% are not in that 80%. What I mean is that one of the major components of being a good driver is thinking that you are a not so good driver, and KNOWING that everyone around you is just as bad.

Is it a criminal offense to vialoate an NDA? Just a civil one right? And then is it illegal to interfere with a civil investigation? IANAL so I don't know. If it is illegal to interfere then is he somehow covered by freedom of the press (Does this cover sources)? I don't know.

I call BULLSHIT. But if it can play the shows I get off my TiVo without me having to do any manual conversion, then I'm all in.
Somehow I think DRM'd files will not work, as well as multitudes of other formats like divx, but who knows, maybe they are really good at this stuff.
