When I went to MGM Studios in November, all the parking lot people were riding them around. Looked kinda funny watching all the Segways zoom around everywhere.
And in other news:
I shaped my mash potatos into a fort using only a spoon. One scientist was quoted as saying, "It took him 4 hours, but with enough practice and a bigger spoon, it could be done in an hour."
Oh, is that why the Twin towers were built to actually withstand the accidental crash of 737's (not 747's, which were used). The engineers who designed the building had planned for such events, thinking it would be accidental. The only reason they collapsed was from the heat.
Guess thats a sign that i need glasses, I thought it said "RMS Condems "UnitedLinux" per-seat License." I thought someone had made a linux based condem.
ummm, not sure where you people have been, but states do control their own speed limits.
About 10 years ago the fed. govt. decided to repeal the federal speed limit of 55 and let states set it as they wish. In parts of tennessee its 70mph, while in parts of michigan its 75mpg, and if you go to montana there is a stretch that has no defined speed limit. The cops just watch for wreckless driving, i.e. excessive speeding
Jefe: We have stuffed many pinatas for your birthday celebration!
El Guapo: How many pinatas?
Jefe: Many pinatas, many!
El Guapo: Jefe, would you say I have a plethora of pinatas?
Jefe: Yes, El Guapo. You have a plethora.
El Guapo: Jefe, what is a plethora?
Last time i checked, there was a current version of ms office and acrobat especially for the mac. Maybe I read all those boxes in the mac section of Compusa wrong.
The BSA claims that billions of dollars in revenue, wages, and taxes have been lost due to piracy. When in reality, the numbers would be much smaller because most software pirates are too poor to afford a $100.00+ program to do just a few projects on.
What if they use IBM drives? Then all the disks will die if used over 300+ hours a month. What a marketing scheme--Force them to buy a whole new unit rather then just replace a part of it.
I dont know, but most movies i have are at least 650MB. At 650MB you get decent quality on a two and a half hour movie. On a 5GB disk your gonna fit maybe 7-9 movies depending on their size. With 8 movies @2.5 hours thats only 20 hours. So I'm guessing Toshiba got to this by loading on lower quality, longer porn movies.
ummm, thats DDR Ram, comparable to 512 of the pc133 most of us are running. Windows XP(exponential bloat) requires pc133, not ddr, so it still works out fine.
I had this similar problem running win2k, it all happened after i installed my audigy ex. ended up ripping the sucker out and it worked. called creative and come to find out its windows. win2k developed more on irq sharing than win98. check to see if all your stuff is on the same irq (mine was), if it is, you can always reinstall windows -irq sharing. just search microshaft's website for details.
By the way, Im running
850 Duron
640MB Ram
Geforce2 Ultra
Audigy EX Platinum
Fans Galore
Cathode Light
12X DVD
12X TDK burner
All on a 300 watt Antec power supply--no problems so far
This would certainly limit the FBI from snooping a post containing the words bomb, blow up, embassy, congress, and president. This guys idea would essentially ruin the Carnivore project.
As much as I would like for my freedom to be protected, I do not like the idea of someone sniffing my underwear(computer) for shit stains(anything they deem illegal).
(if you dont know what I'm talking about forget it)
At least in russia they dont love their farm animals.
(please leave out the stupid Russia jokes. They were funny the first one times, but then got really old)
By the way, I live in TN, so therefore I can comment on it without being flamebait!
Then they will then make a 3d map of Uranus and post it on the World Wide Web so that everyone can see where Uranus has been.
(This is a joke, its ok to laugh)
A level 2 Troll!!! I'm gonna take this and play some AD&D with it!!!! (this is a joke, if you dont understand it, dont bother modding)

Linux is the only true operating system.
