    This article is based upon the assumption that such a condition as ADHD even exists, which is under scrutiny. Even proponents of the psy sciences question it existence other than job security for both psy doctors and pharmaceutical companies.

    Many community/junior colleges offer basic computer classes for just this reason. While many 'older' users may be embarassed to take a public class, it would put her in touch with similar people and may even help her learn to boot...

    the weakest link is the employees -- minimal computer knowledge -- anything official-looking and these users will download and install anything.... Worse yet, when they do make a mess of their workstations, they never seem to know what they did to get there...

    Try asking federal employee a few simple questions and you will find the majority of them know next to nothing about security (other than how to log on to their workstation).

    that this is an election year, right? Unemployment and gas prices are up, we are still killing off our soldiers in the Middle East, we are trying to amend the Constitution to ban gay marriages, we can't educate or feed our children....

    But hey, wouldn't universal broadband be kewl!!!!????

    In Gran Turismo, the ads complement the game. The billboards are for automotive and racing products, just like you would see at any racetrack. It adds to the realism, which is why as a simulator, Gran Turismo is the best there is.

    The law of nature? The Trail of Tears was about survival of the fittest? Entire cultures destroyed and extinct is the law of nature?

    Isn't that the entire basis of living in the US? Something called freedom -- if we the people aren't willing to jump up and down and do something about this (and I am not talking about the handful who seem to understand and read about the issues at hand) it will continue. The apathy and uninvolved attitudes will continue. Abstinence will be outlawed/legislated right out of the list of choices -- and we will allow it to happen.
