    no becease if you still agree to it without modifying it you still agree to it. and if you get your layer to ring up the company and negotiate the contract while they would most likly say "piss off" that's the same as negotiating over anohter contract and one party says no to the suggested modifications. just becease it's electonic dosn't make it any less legal. the only possible loophole i can see here is that there is no way of verifying if the person who signs it is of sound mind.

    actually you are getting something out of it. as you have to pay for it and agree to the contract to get the right to use it. however to make it fair most programs you pay for say that if you do not agree to the EULA you may return it for a refund.
    just becease you paid for it dosn't make it any diffrent, as you each are still gaining somehting out of the contract. although it's unlikly you'd get anything like that on the EULA of a program you paid for as once word got out the program would no longer sell.

    yes but the point was it might as well be locked up, or having to go to help -> Eula becease very few people read them. it's fully legal that's true but it is not at all ethical.
    it's just wrong from the point of view of those with morals.

    but the people who are on the contact list didn't click "i agree" so really it's just spam that someone agrees to, not the person who recieves the mail. and anyway becease it's people consent as a result of ignorance dosn't make it right it just makes it legal and exploititive.

    that's why the mind isn't digitised yet, the trick is to find a way to simulte the mind using a digital system. basically once people can understand how the mind signals work then they can be (attempted to) be simulated. i think that we need to learn a lot more about the brain before that is possible.

    John Howard is in heat for anything american at the moment and would fall over on his back with legs in the air to oblige.
    well from what i've seen he's sucking up to the american goverment a lot but not really to the american cooperations. however if the american goverment wanted it done then i'd say it's more likly that it would be done.

    fortunatly microsoft arn't a monopoly or even near it in the video game industry. however the main reason is that x-box fans will say, hey it's your fault that i can't get games for my x-box here i'm not going to vote for you again. fortunatly i don't this this is a real risk and if the goverment will give into this threat then it's just paving the way for other companys to manipulate the australian goverment to meet their needs.

    to dry in the microwave you put it between two pieces of pater towl then microwave for a few minutes. this seems to be quite effective although unlike freezing the liquids are evaporated and while they are mostly absorbed by the paper towel you can smell it in the microwave.

    If you've never configured from the console, I pity your skills this attitude really pisses me off. i mean i have heard people unable to begin using linux beceause they find it too difficult to learn everything at once. and if people like you are going to say that they're just crap beceause of that since you can you it it's only going to make the problem worse. i find linux to be a superior operating system but for more people to be able to use it it needs to be simpler to do complex things.

    well by what's said in the article it seems they just want a battery to fit the minute circuts. however if you were able to have batterys that small then mobile phones could be powered via a battery pack which would thus allow higher amps which can mean that more power is avaliable to the phone and therefore more powerful parts. this isn't really inportant in my view but people would like to have the most powerful phone avaliable so i guess it's largly a marketing pitch. but with a battery pack made up of batterys that size it should allow a much longer life span. well that's my understanding of it anyway

    i don't really know about this but is asprin actually more dangerous then methonol? i find it hard to believe considering that generally people are discouraged to consume it due to health risks and yet asprin is taken frequently. although the asprin is taken in small doses taken a small amount of a dangerous chemical frequently can still do significant damage. so do you have any links on this or any other refrences you can give us?

    dude you know that some record companys still produce vinyl (aside from the techno stuff) beceause it has a warmer sound and a frequency renge better for most types of music. and for people who actually look after their stuff vinyl is fine. oh and i resent being called an old fart, i'm sure i'm younger then you and finally this guy might use kazaa lite

    i has a similar idea too. however there is also the problem of emiting light and having receptors together without the light emitors disrupting the reading of the receptors without limiting the light emited. another problem is that if you stood agains a wall or in a shadom you would be an invisable glowing person as the light being emmited would make you appear to glow.

    actually GITS was origianlly produced in english. there was a japanese dub created early on but the original was in english
    actually it was one of the few animes where the english version was better then the japanese one. i've watched both and foudn the japanese to be sadly quite a let down, i usually watch anime in japanese and am easily irritated by poor dubs but i've only watched GITS in japanese once, after seeing it once i decided to watch it in english from that point on.

    he actually says part of the reason he dosn't like google is that some guy is trying to sell google rangs. this is just some guy who claims he can do it anyway and it what the other search engines to as well. i think this guy needs to see what other search engines are out there, he can then complain about them too
