the elcomsoft trial has nothing to do with the RIAA, sklyarov and elcomsoft are in trouble because they wore some software that converted e-books to pdf files (e-book encryption was a code shift of like 8 characters or something a joke really), this conversion of legally purchesed e-books to anthoer format for fair use is a violation of the DMCA (when is the judicial bracnh gonna get off its ass and declare the DMCA, and the PATRIOT act for that matter, unconstitutional)
whats the deal with blue, why is it so hard to produce blue wavelengths, blue LEDs are relatively new, underpowered and expensive, blue lasers came after red and then green(still not widely avalible), and blue OLEDs are incredibly short lived
i know amazon is the trendy mall of the internet and all, but they have a damn good selection, i'm not sure if this is what you wanted but here are ntsc dvds of Creature Comforts(four shorts; Creature Comforts, Wat's Pig, Not Without My Handbag and Adam) and The Incredible Adventures of Wallace and Gromit (the original three shorts)
the probability of finding life in our own solar system is pretty good, but just because we find i doesn't mean its native, the probability of life evolving on another planet in our own system is pretty small, its probably safe to assume that any bacteria we find have terrestrial origins, we sent a probe to venus 20 years(?) ago, might some bacteria have hitched a ride on our probe and possibly thrived on venus?
this is pretty cool, i havn't really been able to see the ISS myslf except as a bright speck, i'm suprised at the resolution of the webcam, my opinion of webcams for the most part was of pretty horrible quality
go on kazaa or kazaa lite or gnutella or whatever you use, type in movies, look at the file sizes, most if not all are around 600-700mb, and if your watching them on a tv from a dreamcast or on a low res monitor you really can't tell a difference in quality, unless someone didn't encode in fast motion, then things get a little blocky in some spots
for video 20gig does seem a bit small, i have an archos jukebox studio 20, i havn't bothered to find out whats in it, but its probably just a laptop drive (about the right size) and you can get laptop drives larger than 20gigs so why dont these things come in larger sizes?

overclock your AMD right and you can make toast now
go get yourself an old dreamcast, about $50-65, then get this DivX on Dreamcast, burn your disk right, pop it in and press play
