This sounds familiar - some of the old PowerMacs had this crazy 45 pin connector that "...incorporated capabilities for video out, video in, audio out, audio in, and the Apple Desktop Bus (ADB)" (http://kan.org/6100/graphicshardware.html#hdi45). The new Displayport sounds like a modern take on an old, er, classic?
Wow - guess Apple didn't do any market research on this one! Just needling you - apparently enough people don't velcro them to the dash, though that this seemed like a good idea - guess we'll see how it pans out.
Um... for a while now - I think 4th gen iPods, and definitely 5th gen and up have an extra connection in the headphone jack that, when used with the appropriate cable, can deliver video. Most camcorder cables will work with the iPod for outputting video.
It's not misspelled, he's just using a very weak encryption scheme. And, by the way, you're in violation of the DMCA for decrypting it. As am I now. Crap!
Just curious - I've been looking for some way to interface my laptop with my car ('97 Taurus). There's some sort of port under the steering wheel, but I've not been able to determine how it works or anything. Would you know of a good place to find info? What sort of stuff do you use?

What's to say every manufacturer doesn't do as you specify with option two, but does it really, really well?:P
IIRC the difference is that B has Internet Explorer, the quicklaunch bar and support for user toolbars on the desktop. Not sure about any changes in the back-end of it though.
As a resident of Nappanee, IN I can tell you that that's not true. In fact, we have no problem with exploting the Amish and photographing them, they don't seem to mind...
As a huge fan of 80's music, I would rather drop $50 for each disc to get the hits from '84, '85, and '86 rather than several hundred dollars on individual discs or crappy compilations that are 80% filler anyway.
Ah, yes - that may be, but I'm sure the RIAA would much rather you plunk down several hundred dollars on individual discs, than $50 on one disc.

Your comment got me to click the link - still wouldn't buy one of those things, so I guess their marketing strategy's sort of a wash...
I play, and I love that game! Any game that involves mallets, heavy spheres, bits of pointy metal, stakes, and knocking other player's spheres as far as you can has to be good!
Nah - I only had 5 of the 20MB HDDs to start with, still have all of them. Keep in mind -- 2003-20=1983, so they're only 5.25" wide and single height. I agree with them being reliabile and well-built; I have a stack of hard drives that are in the 5-10 year old range that are dead, but not one of my drives > 15 years has died, not ever.
So I paid cash for a prepaid debit card. Now what?

Octel by chance? Have that running at two locations on OS/2 Warp - runs solid enough for my liking.

Sure, you could - but Apple doesn't sell cameras - they sell computers.

It does seem a bit strong, doesn't it?

There's your problem right there - 'C's are supposed to be curved, not straight!
Robots? Hell - RFID tags would be nice so I know what load to put things in!
The lawyers immediately file malpractice suits against the doctors and both groups spend the next few years in court! :P
Thanks! Getting it at 2.71 MB/sec (MegaBytes...), so it would appear that it can take the load!
How about QuickBASIC 7.1 aka PDS?

You have a link for THE, I'd be interested in seeing it, but it's sorta hard to do an effective search on this one...
