Oh man, if indeed:
"The FOA should be sent by the Registrar of Record to the Transfer Contact as soon as operationally possible, but must be sent not later than twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the transfer request from the Registry Operator.
Failure by the Registrar of Record to respond within five (5) calendar days to a notification from the Registry regarding a transfer request will result in a default "approval" of the transfer."
Oh man, oh man. As a sys admin for a hosting comapny, I can tell you everyone is going to hate this. The only thing that really needs to be fixed is when registrars like Bulk Register block trasnfers to competing companies like enom. This is such a pain for so many folks.
Rats, I hope this does not go through, what a mess:(
I am a sys admin for a hosting comapny, I cannot tell you guys how many spam zombies are out there, they are growing and the are scary, they will target a domain and spew out thousands of alpha numeric combinations hoping to land one delivery. We had so much trouble wiht one customer, he had to change his domain name, it is really bad...
I am now starting to support the trend of ISP blocking port 25 all together, and to only allow email out via their mail servers (so they can make sure their users are no spam zombies).
Spam sux:(
I cannot tell you guys how many spam zombies there are out there. As a Sys Admin for a hosting company, I am finding an alarming rate of increase in regards to infected PCs spamming without the knowledge of their owner...
Imagine all the thousands of newbies and the junk those guys will send:( Maybe you better not;)
I should say few, as it seems that few to no one cares here in the US about all the voting weirdness in the last couple years (remember Florida)...
I live in SF, during some of the last elections there has been things like not enough ballots, boxes of ballots found in the Bay, etc... It goes on, and I am curious about other areas...
I think people do not care about their rights in the US, most folks I know take them for granted. Hard to believe our previous generations fought so hard for it, because todays generation seems dumb about it. Maybe if we lost the right to vote for a couple years, folks would realize what an important issue it is...
In any case, whether it works or not, people will not care and move on as they are pacified with comforts
Excellent points, it shows you are creative:) I did not think of half the things you did, but after reading your post, I started to get tons of ideas, thanks a bunch!
I think travelers will make them popular, like the ipod type gadgets, they are handy in that they can carry loads of data with minimal space. I imagine someone going home from school and taking his text books in his handheld:)
Wish I had that when I went to school;)
Obviously you think that the who is something important and pivotal in music, but sadly it is mere folk music. If you are a smart admn, you should listen to smart music like classical or jazz. Personally, I am bored to death with the simplistic slogan "get you through the day" type music.
Every one go listen to Prokofiev's piano concertos now!
I think it is silly, sounds a lot like old folks who over romatisize the past as the old golden days...
I use it for work, creativity, video games, shopping, listening to music, th elist just goes on....
I beg folks to forget about corporate versions of linux:( Debian is true, I wish folks would develop for it more seriously. Fedora is so half baked really:(
Only a new protocal can save us, please, let us all leave SMTP now!!!! It is the worst protocol ever, way to open for abuse and falsehood. I really liked the AMTP protocol as per the previous article in this zany forum, wish I coudl find it...
Music and language cna express similar things, and some things just as well. But some things, like math, we can best use words. I we were clever enough wqe could manipulate music to mean things, but that would spoil the abstract elusive quality that makes music so great...
I keep saying this, and I am so surprised this is not broguht up more often, but if folks donate code to the project, are they not liable rather than the users of the project?
I know I am talking about SCO, yes, it just seems so silly that anyone takes them seriously.
Maybe this is a terrible metaphor, as I am only just starting to intake the coffee... but I sometimes thnk of this as if I gave someone a book, but inside the book there was tickets to a show. Then after giving the book I say to the person, by the way, I did not realize my tickets were there, can you pay up please?
Sorry to rant, now back to the grindstone...

Goog thing too, last thing I want the FBI doing is going after the corporate criminals who stole millions in the last corporate bubble. Much more fun to bust little kids:)
Google employees do not access the content of any mailboxes unless you specifically request them to do so (for example, if you are having technical difficulties accessing your account) or if required by law, to maintain our system, or to protect Google or the public
yes, only thing that keeps me with linux is a few choice apps like flash, warcraft/starcraft, ann other video games. Can't wait to play War Craft on a linux pc:)
You are talking about the will to live to the maximum, and the will to power. Everyone goes for it, and when they have it, they have a hard time letting go of it. What a sad state of nature we are in:(
Who want China to wake up? Can you imagine if they did? Poor walmart, they would be in trouble...
